When an employer tell you that you are next to get an oil change you would assume that means that. Wrong next means waiting an hour and the truck is still waiting to get worked on. Horrible customer service, went through the car wash, to come out and see the top of my antenna ripped off. When I went to confront them they told me it was my fault and that they didn't have anything to do with it falling off. Refused to do anything about it. Another customer caught a picture of my broken antenna on the floor while in the car wash, And they still tried to deny it being their fault. Had to return my car back to dealership to get the situation handled. read more

I have the membership and it's worth it! They use great cleaning products. Towels are always stocked up with the glass cleaner as well. Near my house and it's worth getting my car washed three times a week especially in dusty Texas. read more

I had previously visited the car wash to try it out & I absolutely loved it. I got the $25 wash and the wax and tire shine was PERFECT! They have complimentary towels and glass cleaner for us to use. So I came by again to sign up for their monthly membership and the girl at the kiosk also gave me $10 off my 1st month for signing up. I will recommend this place to anyone! read more

usually would go to IShine car detail on Spring Cypress. But I drive by this place every day on the way to work. I didn't know it was open to the public so after some googling I decided to give them a try before I sign up for their monthly membership. The detail was a joke and my car wasn't even bad it just needed a wipe down and I wanted to condition my leather seats. I waited over an hour in the waiting area, which was nice that they had complimentary drinks. When I opened my door to grab cash for tip money, my door had nothing but dust and dirt (wasn't there before) I think when they were blowing the mats maybe dirt flew every where idk but I can say for sure they didn't wipe everything down thoroughly as a "detail" should. When I pointed them all out to her and asked her to finish wiping everything, I asked if she wiped it. She said yes but said she did my car all by herself; I guess that's the reason why she didn't do a good job? I ended up sitting there for another 15-20 minutes to wipe everything down myself. It was such a waste of money and I regret giving them a try. Should have sucked it up and drove to Spring Cypress. Will not be doing my monthly membership here instead I'll try Quick Quack. Then they tried to upswell me $32 to clean my battery terminals. When I declined it was an addy10 minutes to complete my paperwork.. on top of that it was $80 bucks. The building is great, loved that they had a coupon. I thought everything was completed. A few days after their service, also only the second time I went to use my windshield wash fluid, it was empty. Really annoying because they checked off all the "multi-point inspection" but obviously didn't do the service they said they did. I wonder what else did they skip for my service??? I come here only because I pay $25 bucks for a $70 oil change. If I didn't, I'd go anywhere else BUT here. They've done my oil change wrong more than once to where I've almost blown my motor because oil just spills out (they've had to tow it twice for me, and it's a simple mistake of not keeping the o-ring on the oil filter) And everytime I come here, you're basically harassed into a service you don't need. I change my air filters myself and everytime I come here, they say I need a new one or xyz service. You have to tell them about 4 or 5 times, no I just want my oil change but they try to push you into paying for extra things. Don't waste your time here. read more

Don't go here. When they first opened, it was run by a middle-aged gentleman that was awesome! Since those three kids have been hired, it's been terrible service. Don't give them your money. I had a membership. The last time I went through, all three of them sat in the office and didn't do anything. I waited a few minutes for them to come out. Then, one young man had an attitude and wouldn't help guide me in. Then, he didn't hose down the front of my car, but he did the car behind mine. I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado and I am glad there's a car wash this close to my house. It washes very well as you just drive through it (in neutral) while the track pushes you along. As you get close to the end, in my opinion, it pushes you through the dryer too fast so you don't get that full dry look. I have to bring towels with me to dry it off outside the dryer. If you don't dry it enough it leaves streaks down your mirrors. I would recommend this but would also like the drying to be longer but will still go here and just dry it myself. read more

Went here for oil change and was sold a brake fluid flush. Car was in service bay next to waiting room, watched brake service while continually being looked at by technician doing job. May have changed fluid in reservoir but faked the brake line flushing. Won't go back. read more

Came because it was closer to my house. Car wash was expensive. Location was supposed to be open for another hour. They got me thru the car wash ( got my money) then turned the vacuums off when i went to go park for inside cleaning. Went for my inspection today. I agreed to wait because they were busy. Almost 2 hours later they said my car failed cause all the lights were on. I have a newer car, I've never seen the engine lights on before. They "failed" the car and charged me $25. I was really worried and drove to the dealership in spring where I got the car. By then, the lights had turned off and I actually noticed the paperwork I was given said PASS?? The Honda tech and I were stumped. We called and spoke to the guy that did the inspection. It turns out they left the car w the key in it so long they killed the battery and had to jump it. Which made all the lights turn on. Important note: They are part of the Parkway Chevrolet Dealership! Wonderful thing! Driving by I wasn't aware of that! Wish they would put a Parkway logo on their existing sign! I would have been in there sooner! Convenient location! Wonderful customer service! Free drinks. Comfortable sitting area. Fast service. I called ahead to make a 6 pm appt. Arrived at 5:45 and I was out of there by 6:08. The car wash is free with a service done on the vehicle. After your service is complete you drive your own vehicle through. I was not able to wash my car because we had items in the bed of the truck. I am able to come back tomorrow and get the free car wash. The first time I came here was when they first opened. I was very impressed by the vacuums and the car wash was fine. I came back today April 30th and my opinion has drastically changed. The vacuums clearly are not maintained as the suction power is terrible! Way worse then your at home vacuum. I got the $13 car wash expecting it to be able to give me a good shine... I was far from happy with that. On top of all this there isn't a designated spot for the detail team and there stuff is everywhere. If it was clearly marked off I would be fine with it but they just have stuff everywhere and even when not cleaning cars. Some of the staff... well I'm not even sure if they are staff! I would assume so but they aren't wearing uniform. Overall SUPER disappointed. read more

Worker didn't guide me into the car wash, while going through the car wash my truck got scratched in multiple places, and when I was trying to vacuum I only got half way through and they turned the vacuums off on me. The hours state they close at 7:00pm I was there at 6:00pm. Paid $18 for a sub par wash and half a vacuumed truck.. read more

I went in for an oil change and new fuel filter. They take my truck start messing with the batteries which I didn't ask for. Takes over 2.5 hours because they got the wrong filter then charge me ridiculously high for it. Over $400 for a filter and oil change. After all this I get in and my truck is on empty I brought it in with almost half a tank. Terrible service wouldn't recommend them to anyone. On top of everything I get home from being gone a week for work and my truck doesn't start. read more

I asked to have my oil changed, rear wiper blade changed, and cabin filter and engine air filter changed. I arrived at 11:51 AM today 3/22/2021. I watched my vehicle get the oil changed and then that is when it all went down hill. The kids stood around doing nothing but BSing, eventually I approached the individual at the desk and he proceeded to inform me that they needed to order the rear wiper blade as well as the cabin filter and the engine air filter. All the mean while I was waiting between 20 to 30 minutes. I might have told them to order the parts if the individual would have approached me and told me this. He did not tell me anything until I approached him. You need to have a mature adult at your place of business to supervise those kids so that they are not just standing around doing nothing. After leaving your establishment, I took my business somewhere else to finish the job your kids could not do. While in your establishment I was speaking to another individual and he agreed with me and there was a couple young women getting their vehicle front end aligned and that was taking way to long for my liking. these young girls was there before I got there and I was in your establishment for 1 hour and 20 minutes, come on. Went in on Saturday 06/03/2023 for an oil change and rotation of tires on my 2019 GMC Sierra. Came out with a warning on my display to service the TPMS(Tire pressure monitoring sensor) There was no tire pressure displaying on all 4 tires. When I went in, I checked that before I dropped the truck off, and it all was working. I grabbed a tech and told him of the problem, and he had a different tech come out with his hand-held machine to attempt to reset the sensors in each tire which he was unsuccessful. He tells me your sensors are all bad. I responded how is that possible? So I went inside to talk to the manager, and he wasn't available. I spoke to guy behind the desk and told him of what just happened and his response was "oh yeah one of your sensors is bad. I said really? I dropped the truck of for a simple oil change and rotation of tires and all was fine with my tires, and why wasn't this on the invoice? By that time I was about to lose my mind, had another tech come in and asked if it was ok to take the truck to their mother company which was Parkway Chevrolet and see if they can see what's wrong. I said OK and I waited around for 15 minutes. The guy behind the desk came over to tell me that they found the problem that all 4 sensors were bad and that he talked to the manager and that he would meet me halfway on the cost to fix it. I said I wanted to talk to the manager, he responded that he's not here and that he would be back Tuesday. I asked for my key's, and I left. I should have known better to drop off my truck at that garage full of youngsters working there.... lesson learned. So I took my truck to Norman Frede in Webster, this is where I get my oil change etc....Had the service advisor check my system.... He went and grabbed his hand-held computer and started going to each tire to reset the TPMS sensors.... needless to say, he reset all of them and I got my tire pressure monitored back on my display for all 4 tires, there was nothing wrong with my sensors. Thanks to the service advisor for taking care of me, that was great customer service. It appears they tried to pull a fast one on me and it failed. Beware to those who don't know much about vehicles, do your due diligence and read reviews and find a trustworthy place that have techs with a little gray hair :) I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Scrubway wash & lube for maintenance. I assume it would have been longer but I complained after 30 minutes when my car was still not started. There are many other places to go for a quick oil change. read more

I literally just left there after having paid $18 for a wash. The machine wouldnt queue the wash, but the kid working there said that the carwash was working, just the terminal acting up. This wash is atrocious. Streaks all over my truck. Tires clearly not washed even though that's part of the top wash package. The soap was nothing but big bubbles in the tunnel, so not proportioned correctly, and then the rinse didnt even get all the bubbles off. They were blown off by the dryers, which didnt get the truck remotely dry Its genuinely worse than a $5 wash anywhere else. Gas station washes dont leave my vehicle this dirty. I'm about to rewash it myself. Out of three times I've been there, this is the second consecutive bad experience, will not be back. The other standalones do a much better job for less money. read more

Very convenient location but that's about it. I drive VW's and know from past experiences that the oil filters and not in stock at most oil change facilities. The problem starts when their ingenious system puts you in contact with the parts department, and it is YOUR responsibility to speak with the parts department to see if the filters are in stock .I've had hundreds of oil changes over the years and not once was it the customers job to check to see if parts are in stock. Ridiculous system that I have complained about on numerous occasions since I started getting my oil changes there. Ended any future business with them today after being advised by the parts department yesterday that the filter would be there yesterday afternoon. I advised the person that I was unable to be there yesterday, and told her that I would be there this morning between between 9:00-9:30 AM. Took my 2019 Corvette in today for an oil and filter change. Competent mechanics. Used the correct 0w40 Mobile 1 oil. Fast service. Much faster than Buckalew Chevy. Went for an oil change and sat in my car at the garage entrance for two minutes while everyone in the service area milled around and talked. There were no cars in there at the time, so they weren't busy working. Finally someone comes up and asks if he can help; I said I need an oil change and he said it'd be just a minute for a service advisor. Five minutes and no service advisor later I left.
