I drove out of my way to this car wash because I saw all the great reviews. Plus, I saw there was a nice check in deal via Yelp. I had some time to spare, so why not support a small business. The attendant was nice about the coupon and told me just to share it with the clerk inside when I pay, but no mask on? Dude? Really? During the upswing of Covid in November 2020? I kept my mask nice and tight around my mouth and nose until I exited my vehicle. Inside was nice and cozy. A TV to watch and very clean bathrooms (the highlight of my visit at this point), but no free popcorn because hey, just not a good idea to have people's hands touching anything in the Covid era. There was a little coffee left, but I came in the afternoon, so it was probably cold. I saw a few dum dums that may be of your interest, but I'm trying not to eat so much sugar these days, so I passed. J decided to sit outside so I could catch some of the breeze on the patio. I also wanted to make a call, so I thought it more polite to do so outside. I saw the guys fervently cleaning the cars and waving their towel when the vehicle is ready. I wasn't paying too much attention however because I was busy chatting on the phone to notice this procedure until after I walked over to the vehicle prematurely. I asked the attendant if the vehicle was ready but he responded, "No habla ingles." Laughing to myself, I just stood over to the side by the food trucks that are posted in the area and waited. The vehicle was so clean on the inside. They did a very great job detailing it for sure. The outside was superb, sparking even as I entered it to leave. Parking it at the house, it looked almost brand new. Despite my dislike for the attendant not wearing his mask, I saw others that did and still would have given the place 5 stars because my baby was durtttttty! The next morning however, the thrill was gone. Spotty dirty! Only thing that was clean was the tires shining and the top of the vehicle. The rest, a dusty mess! Granted, it did rain the night before, but usually a through car wash and shine with hand dry will withstand a little rain shower. This car wash visit to Colonial did not. Another wasted trip to the car wash! I'm not washing my car until 2021 or until the inside needs vacuuming at the rate and luck I've had with car wash places lately.

They do not clean anything on the inside. When I inquired about this they offered to detail the inside for an additional $70. This service was no more than you get at Clearwater carwash that you drive through and vacuum out yourself. Save your money. It's a disgrace to call this place an Auto Detailer.

That expectation was not met. After pickup, there was still visible vomit residue left in multiple areas of my vehicle, including the sun visor area. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a defensive response from Gabby, who stated that sun visors are not included in their cleaning process and claimed she had informed my husband of this beforehand. That is not accurate based on his interaction. He explained the situation at the entrance, was handed a ticket, and directed inside to pay--without any disclaimer or explanation that parts of the affected area would be excluded from cleaning. If there are exclusions to a paid service--especially a $40 specialized cleaning fee--they must be clearly disclosed before payment is taken. There is nothing on your website or service description that states sun visors or any interior surfaces affected would be excluded from vomit cleaning. More concerning is that the service itself was not performed thoroughly even beyond the visor. The presence of remaining residue shows a lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the consistency of the work being done. I had to take time off work to return and physically point out what should have already been properly addressed. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to resolve this matter. I expect either a proper re-cleaning of the vehicle or a discussion of appropriate compensation, as the service paid for was not delivered as advertised or expected. I hope management treats this seriously and responds promptly.

An employee broke my back wiper and I didn't notice until | arrived home. I went to complain the next day. The manager (Josh) was unprofessional and stated it was loose before I went to car wash. My wiper was perfectly fine before and I never had issues. He didn't try to help me in any way nor did he try to be empathetic to my concern. I ask to see the camera and he refused. All he did was try to convince me that my wiper was broken before I got my car wash. He was extremely rude, arrogant and had no intention of helping me instead trying to prove it was broken before I washed my car. Actually, the employee broke it right before I washed it. I was so upset. I could not continue to argue with the manager. He was condescending and did a poor job at trying to address the issue. I canceled my membership. I will never go back to this car wash. The new system is a liability. As Josh stated it began two weeks ago. No one should touch your car unless you give them permission. This was my first experience with that service and it will be my last car wash at Clearwater. If you do use this car wash make sure they don't touch your wipers before you go to wash your car!

There are fragments of each of those listed, plus food particles, toys, farm grossness, the remnants of a 9 state road trip to the Smoky Mountains and one extremely dusty business trip to the hill country for a quick deer hunt. Ew. Sans a carpet cleaning because I have the WeatherTech mats and my car is only a few months old, clearly I needed the most expensive, most detailed, Big Daddy wash (whatever it's called, it was only around $120).......... Not only could I have licked my floor mats when I picked up my car from Star Hand but I could have licked my tires, fender wells and steering wheel. Would it have been weird? Yes. But I could have done it. My car was far cleaner than the day I purchased it off the car lot and to be honest cleaner than ANY car I've ever purchased off a car lot. They cleaned UNDER my WeatherTech mats and pulled up all my seat protectors, cleaned underneath them AND cleaned the seat protector. WHO DOES THAT?!?! ADDITIONALLY, they stayed after-hours in order for me to get there to pick up the car AND had a smile on their faces when I finally got there to get it.
