This place cleaned my car so well it fell like I rented it. Price point is where it needs to be and they work fast

Been here a few times in the past and it used to be pretty decent, but lately it's been kind of hit or miss...mostly miss. This time we got the Silver package. The exterior? No complaints there -- the car looked great. But the interior is where things keep falling short. They clearly vacuum well, but wiping things down seems to get skipped every single time. Dash still dusty, windows still dirty, seats not wiped down...just overall disappointing. Last visit they even left the marker writing they put on the window still there after the wash, so I figured maybe it was just an off day. Nope. The wait time is also super long, which makes you think there'd be some sort of quality check before handing the car back over, but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. For the price, the value lately has just been kinda meh. read more

I've come to this car wash a total of 3x and have been disappointed each time. Finally gonna learn my lesson and never come back. My car has never been "cleaned" here. Pulled in and was greeted by Oscar he asked us what kind of cleaning we were looking for and since the truck had just come home with the hubby from North Dakota it was looking pretty rough in and out. We were told it would take about an hour and a half. Oscar was true to his word The seats and flooring was still damp but they put something to sit on and for our feet to go on. Save your money I've been here twice gotten the best wash they have and they can't even detail the interior of a car right let alone vacuum some sand out. 2 times in a row I've had to go back and ask them to correct it and only once did they make it right after spending 100$ on one of their best washes. read more

I have been he a few times since moving to the area. Alway just get a regular car wash. They have always done a decent job. Today was no different I watched as they went over the entire truck but never wiped off the wheels. When I asked them to wipe the wheels they ask for the receipt and said that was not included. I protested and they went to get a supervisor that spoke english. I said they had always done it before and the supervisor said not at this car wash they ever have. Complete BS. Every full-service carwash I have ever been to in the last 50 years including them at least wiped down the wheels with any package. Needless to say, they have lost me and my vehicles as a customer. Horrible service and cleaning. They overcharge for car wash, with bad service. It was my first and last time going there. I paid for the open detail hand car wash $80, and they finished it in 30 min. There was dirt still under the seats and obvious stains on the steering wheel, it was a very bad wash overall and had to clean it myself again. Honestly, the best thing I can say is they don't appear to have damaged my car. Their hand detailing services may be acceptable, but their Ultimate Super Xpress Wash is not as good as the average gas station, at roughly twice the price. The hand dry at the end would be a nice touch if they did any kind of quality control. I was left with bird poop on one window and the wash instructions that were written on the driver side in crayon didn't even wash off. Entirely inadequate at this price point. read more

Well I can understand why they are a 2 star car wash. Horrible customer service, asked for a good wash to get my truck clean, clean everything they recommended ultimate for $30 . Ok lets do that go inside to pay and ask if they are going to wipe down my leather, they say no thats extra, I explained I just want them wiped no condition etc. We talk to the guy outside he says oh that car wash is $65 ! I say a extra $35 to wipe down the leather really? I explain one more time that they could wipe them down with a wet rag and I want to treatments or conditioner. STILL $65 HE SAYS WE ARNT LIKE OTHER CARWASHS! I said you're right and and got everything done that I was asking at Cypress Station for $25. Ok. I read the reviews. I figured it couldn't be THAT bad. Yep it was. First, the woman asking about the services couldn't speak clearly and when I asked her to repeat what she said, she got all diva on me. Little d. Now, this was a Monday morning around 10. Uhhhhhh not a lot of business. But everyone was on their own schedule. I paid $35.99 because I was going to be driving my boss around. My car was clean - just needed vacuuming and windows. I just wanted crumbs vacuumed and windows done. Not here. Paid $$ and they handed me the fragrance packets. WTH? They can't open packets and put in the car? NOPE. I opened the packets, threw away the packaging and placed them in my car myself. Not hard but for $35.99 you couldn't do it?? Car wash was just that. Could have gotten any where for $5. Straw wrappers inbetween seats (which I would have removed prior). Dust and crumbs in cup holders. Dash half done with protectant. Windows not done. Really? NOT DONE. I ended up washing the windows myself. Save yourself some $$ and attitude. Skip this place. I wanted to like it but they proved me wrong. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for years! They do an amazing job every time. For the people complaining about the longer waits, if you want a quick wash then you need to drive through a wash it yourself, car wash. There are always so many customers here because it is the best and reasonable price in Tomball. I live in Cypress and drive here because they do a good job every time. But don't expect to get a full detail in 30 minutes, that is impossible at any car wash. I have been here over 20 times and only have great experiences! read more

I am super disappointed with the service I received today! I have never written a review before because I believe everybody has bad days. Folks I spent $33 today for my car to look like it came out of a drive thru car wash at a gas station I ask them to fix the issues I saw and they said they can't. I have water drips all over the car from the windows, gas cap, side mirrors, & head lights! I get in the car where I paid an extra $10 for them to armour all the inside only to find they didn't wipe down the dashboard the seats!!! I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning! I've been here a couple of times, but not because they do a great job by any means. They have good prices though and keep your car for a while, no matter which service you get. If you're in a hurry, don't come here. On my most recent and probably last visit, one of the employees demonstrated how to buff out some paint spots that had splashed on my hood. Only problem is, he was able to remove the small spots but he couldn't remove this one large spot and ended up causing several 2" long scratches all around the spot. read more

My son (who is a member of a truck club) took his truck here today to get "the works" so it would look good for a car meet he has and after working on it for nearly 2 hours his truck looks horrible. When my son went to talk to them and point out all the bugs everywhere, rims still filthy, dirt and dog hair on carport, water spots over entire truck, dirt and spots on both side mirrors, floor mats still covered with dirt and sand and the virtually nonexistent "wax job"- not a single one offered to redo the job or give any kind of discount. My son asked what they were going to make him pay since the truck was "sort of clean" (I was on the phone with him the entire time this was going on and heard every word said)... he was upset but was not raising his voice or cussing... they kept talking over him and then one of the guys said "Just call the cops on this dude" (apparently this is their go to move when dealing with upset customers). Then my son told him he was going to "let his people know" about what happened (so they wouldn't waste money bringing their cars there) and one of the guys stepped up on my son in a threatening manner and said "I've got people too". At that point my son did use a few choice words but did the right thing and walked away toward the office to pay and after everything that happened with the shoddy job done on his truck and the complete unprofessional and threatening behavior of their employee they still charged him full price. $129 My advice... you'd be better off finding a High School car wash - wash job would be about the same but at least your money would be going to support our local kids. read more

This is the worst car wash in the Area. The problem is that there is not another full service car was in the area. They wanted to charge me $100 to wash my F150. Just a standard V6 truck. No gender flairs, no lift kit, and no oversized tires. Their excuse was it was an oversized truck with mud. Seriously? I can't wait for someone to open another full service car wash in the area to put these guys out of business. read more

i just paid for the "premium" car wash given my car hasn't been washed in 2 weeks and i drive thru construction every day on my way to work when they said they were done it looked good from a distance but once you got up close the wheels were still covered in dirt they sprayed my interior plastic with some cleaner and now its all fogged up my trunk of my car was never vacuumed out so i had to call and drive back to get that done so apparently to them the "premium" $104.95 car wash you will still have to wash your car yourself after cause they just make it look good from a distance so tonight after this experience i spent 2 hours rewashing my car and actually detailing my car properly read more

Damn why didn't I read review BEFORE sitting down to in waiting area to glance at this place? I'm now going on 20 minutes of wait time and my vehicle still hasn't come through the wash. I have yet to see one person smiling here and that's including customers and workers. The employees could almost be classified as sleep walking as they are walking around at a very slow pace. "0" stars is the most accurate rating for this car wash. 1. Car was still dirty when it was released to me. 2. Everything inside my car was moved around. 3. The dash and instrument panels were not wiped down. 4. $4 was taken out of my console. My assumption is that employees are too exhausted from extensive interior searches to completely focus on doing a good job actually cleaning the car. I took my car here to Superior Tomball Car Wash for an oil change which included a free car wash. which is great if you don't mind giving your keys to a bunch of thieves who stole a five dollar bill out of my center console. They charged $148.00 for a hand wash of my Sierra 3500, they did $380.00 worth of damage by pushing the light sensor through the dash. I'm a retired disabled vet, I had the vehicle washed on a Friday afternoon, did'n drive it again till the following Tuesday, that's when I notice my headlights were on when they shouldn't be and the sensor wasn't visible. I called Tuesday and no one returned my call, I got a repair estimate and stopped by the business and was basically told to take a hike by the general manager. He didn't bother to question anyone who might have worked on my truck and refused to give any information so I could contact the owner. Well, today me and my girlfriend went in for a car wash. We both bought the $25 "GOLD" package. I was hesitant because my last experience wasn't good, (I used to get my oil changed here, as well) but thought "it'll be better this time" Not so!!!! I asked the man to please wipe down the inside, and there was several spots of tree sap that he just left on my car. My friends Toyota was not even wiped down at all. The door jams were filthy and they barely wiped inside. It's hot out there! I know.......I work in it too! If you're going to charge that kind of $$$$ why not buy a canopy for your employees so that maybe they'll do a better job!??? We won't be coming back anymore!!! You lost (2) more customers today!
