I have one Cat, so knowing where the local pet store is is important to me. From the first time I entered, the place radiated with quality and a good wholesome atmosphere. Weather you have a dog, cat, guinea pig, or some other animal, you will definitely find what you need to take care of it here. There's even a dog groomer in the back! Not to mention all of the staff are energetic, friendly, and ready to help you how they can. What more could you ask for? Being this is a new store, I'm here to try to get the word out that this is the place to be for all pet owners! I'm giving Pet Supplies Plus 5 Stars out of 5 Stars! EDIT: Alright, I understand fully that this is an independently owned store. But after paying another visit to the store today, I have to address the one major issue with this place. The prices for the product are a bit more expensive than what you could be paying to get the same product elsewhere.... like Walmart for example. Stevie was COVERED in ticks, hot spots, and matted hair. She looked like she had been terribly neglected or had been a runaway for a very long time. The vet said no chip and gave us antibiotics for the hot spots but said we had to get her groomed or at the very least trimmed because her 5"+ matted hair was making the hot spots worse. After a failed attempt to bathe her myself and after calling multiple groomers who couldn't get her in for a visit for several weeks, we finally found Heavenly Cuts. She transformed this dog! No more burrs, ticks, or fleas! And no more smelling like a homeless person!

They worked, "Buddy," in on their full schedule. No other groomer in town would. The groomer made friends with Buddy right in front of us and knew exactly how to fix our mess up. The groomer did better than past groomers Buddy had been to. Buddy's inner ears were clean and cut perfectly as well as his nails trimmed just like we like, short and rounded. The owner took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly, demonstrating deep mastery of dog care and breed specific grooming standards. I brought in my two dogs, Beignet and Strudel, completely overgrown and shaggy. They walked out looking like pristine show dogs not a single stray hair out of place. What stood out the most was their unparalleled compassion and tailored handling! I was so worried at first since my older dog Beignet has severe medical issues including being completely immobile. Thankfully, there was no need for me to worry at all as he was in the right hands here! A huge, heartfelt shoutout to Catherine, who went above and beyond with him. She took extra time, stayed mindful of his physical limits to ensure he was never over extended or in pain, and treated him with pure gentleness and dignity. They treat my golden doodle so well - she had a great haircut and I am so glad I know I can expect great quality service every time I take her! Very reasonably priced too, especially since groomers are hard to come by. I haven't used the daycare side of things, but grooming is 10/10.
