I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. 1/5 Stars: Predatory Dealer Stranded My Family and a Disabled ConsumerBe warned before doing…read morebusiness with Parkway Auto Center. They sold us a 2009 Ford Escape with a pre-existing catastrophic transmission defect. The extended service contract they sold us refused coverage entirely because the vehicle was already broken before we bought it. Parkway's management has completely refused to provide a loaner car or offer any form of alternative transportation. I am disabled, and we live over a mile from the nearest public transit. Because of their absolute lack of ethics, my family is completely isolated and stranded at home. My wife has to bum rides just to keep her job, and we are forced to do all of our household shopping online just to get basic necessities.They took our working trade-in, left us with a broken vehicle, and abandoned a disabled customer. Go anywhere else.
