The first time was relatively minor (all things considered). The second time meant that my kiddos and I needed to pack up and head to a hotel while the remodel from hell happened. The HOA policy covered the remodel - but Jerad and the Allstate Claims Crew took care of my additional living expenses while everything sorted out. I have not a dang clue what I would have done without that coverage. It was a really hard experience overall .. but seriously... you want these guys in your corner. Also - if you don't have renters insurance with additional living expenses or something comparable - go fix that crap today.
