I was called to have a session with Erin this month to address something that is quite sensitive in nature. Something I have worked with other coaches and a therapist on and tried many other approaches. As I shared with her, it is the only thing in life that I fear I cannot overcome. There was another issue that I considered bringing up as it may be related, but it is very deeply buried in shame and pain and I decided prior to the session not to bring it up. During our session, without me saying anything, Erin brought up the exact topic that I was hiding, almost in identical words. She brought it up in a neutral way that felt effortless. She had just had a conversation with a friend of hers about the very topic that I had decided to keep buried. I know that Spirit was working through her again to open the door for me to step into healing. So I shared my own deeply buried feelings with her.
