    My reservation proof

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any fitness or wellness setting!! Would give a 0 stars if it existed!! I showed up for my scheduled Pilates class with proof of my confirmed reservation, and was met with immediate rudeness and aggression. Chelsea didn't even give me a chance to explain even I showed her my confirmation. She simply looked at me and said, "You're not on the list." No questions asked. No problem-solving. Just dismissal. When I tried to calmly explain her, she refused to help and told me to leave. When I didn't immediately walk away, SHE GRABBED MY ARM AND PHYSICALLY TRIED TO ROVE ME FROM THE STUDIO!!!!! which is completely unacceptable, invasive, and borderline assault. I was shocked, humiliated, and in tears. This happened in front of a full class of people. No one stepped in to handle things professionally. To make matters worse, I reached out to the owner, expecting some sort of accountability or at least basic human decency. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. No apology. No ownership. No explanation. I came to this studio expecting a space of wellness, care, and respect and instead I was treated like a problem to be erased. I left feeling violated, disrespected, and completely heartbroken. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far, far away. There are countless other studios that actually treat people with dignity. This place failed on every level professionally, ethically, and morally. And yes I will be taking legal action. No one has the right to lay hands on a client. Ever.

I am so happy to see Sculpt50 on ClassPass! I have been to several other studios around San Jose and have been loving the classes at Sculpt50! The place is very clean and bright. I wish that the windows were tinted like other studios do because some people do stop and just watch the class from time to time. There are plenty of machines and the studio provides a wide range of time slots that work with your schedule. I really do appreciate how they open a good amount of spots for ClassPass users. I have taken classes with Drew mainly and Casey. Their instructions are very clear and do announce the next move which is very helpful. I do wish their music and microphone volume is turned up. I love Solidcore and love the ambiance/music. Some of the music choices were a bit boring here which makes the overall class very low energy. However, I love the good workout the class gives me and how challenging the class is. Drew is very nice in correcting form, so it is a great place for beginners as well. There are some instructors at other studios that are not friendly in correcting form and I wouldn't say that here. I would definitely bring my friends to try out Pilates here!

I am constantly working out at the gym and is always looking for a new workout place to switch up my routine. I've tried all variations from cycling, yoga, and high intensity workout classes, and I would have to say Pilates is my favorite so far. Since it was my first time, I did not know what to expect but we came early and our instructor was kind enough to give us a tour of the reformer machine and explain how the class will be. While a majority of the movements are slow , you will feel the burn regardless. Let's just say I've been sore and it's been two whole days since my first class. Really enjoyed my first experience here, and will be coming back after the soreness goes away!

They had a deal for unlimited classes (31 classes) for $149 I believe, and it's such an amazing offer, especially if you're going to be consistent with going and making use of your credits. We focused a lot on arms, legs, and core, and I definitely felt like I got a solid workout. Both instructors were super nice, and I like the open, airy space in the studio. Everything is super clean and well-organized. Each station is fully stocked. The instructor lets you know what items you'll need for class but they also have a wall chart that shows what equipment will be used for the class. They have cubbies for your stuff, and don't forget to bring grip socks! Also, I found parking right in front of the studio--super convenient. Looking forward to my next class!

Here's my regretful experience. Though I am an avid runner, cross-trainer and hot yoga faithful, I've never committed fully to Pilates but thought it would help my 2 severely herniating lower back discs, suffered a few months prior. Though I enjoyed my initial session, and decided to sign up for their 8-pack ("EIGHT PACK") program, regretfully my back started cramping that very night and I called Club Pilates, Campbell in the morning to discuss my cancelation options, knowing my injury was not taking well to the regiment just yet. They instructed me to freeze or cancel my 8-Pack (EIGHT PACK) using the app, and while I decided to freeze my membership in early May (see attached email notification confirming the freeze), I've since been charged $199 per month since. I've been to Club Pilates Campbell 'only once'. That's over $600.00 in unauthorized charges, as you can you can see by my 'Freeze' confirmation email (attached) and Annette's disturbing related correspondence below. Club Pilates Campbell campbell@clubpilates.com, 10:14 AM (2 hours ago) HI Bob, My name is Annette, I am the GM for the studio. When you sign up for the 8 pack, it's a 3 month commitment. After the 3 month commitment it goes month to month until you give a 30 day notice. We don't see just 8 classes. We go over all that when you sign up. If you would like to freeze your account until your back is better we can do that. If you still wish to cancel you would need to respond back to this email stating that. We will email you the cancellation form and that 9/25 payment would be your last payment. Please advise what you want to do. Thanks, Annette Club Pilates Campbell 10 E. What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but I experience this at my local studio and I was looking for this in the Bay Area when I visit family, so I wanted to believe a studio like this existed up here... AND IT DID--RIGHT HERE!!! I actually really liked the 2fer intro package as it allowed 2 different opportunities to try diff teachers and to see if the 2nd time was equally as good (or worse?) than my 1st visit...and both times were equally exceptional. Both teachers (Jessica, Hannah) asked if I was new as I was not a familiar face and ensured to monitor and assist me throughout the class, and yes they were indeed accountable for their words. The instructors also do a great job managing the room by walking and demo'ing each movement wherever the majority of the class is facing forward. The curriculum itself never felt like a cookie cutter robotic template the instructors were reciting off the top of their head. The pilates exercises were very diverse and we utilized the machine from all possible angles. Lastly I was fortunate to speak w/ one of the owners on the phone before my first visit to get a feel for the studio. He was very friendly and helpful with information to know before my first visit, and it truly helped prepare me to have a positive first visit experience.
