    My reservation proof

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any fitness or wellness setting!! Would give a 0 stars if it existed!! I showed up for my scheduled Pilates class with proof of my confirmed reservation, and was met with immediate rudeness and aggression. Chelsea didn't even give me a chance to explain even I showed her my confirmation. She simply looked at me and said, "You're not on the list." No questions asked. No problem-solving. Just dismissal. When I tried to calmly explain her, she refused to help and told me to leave. When I didn't immediately walk away, SHE GRABBED MY ARM AND PHYSICALLY TRIED TO ROVE ME FROM THE STUDIO!!!!! which is completely unacceptable, invasive, and borderline assault. I was shocked, humiliated, and in tears. This happened in front of a full class of people. No one stepped in to handle things professionally. To make matters worse, I reached out to the owner, expecting some sort of accountability or at least basic human decency. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. No apology. No ownership. No explanation. I came to this studio expecting a space of wellness, care, and respect and instead I was treated like a problem to be erased. I left feeling violated, disrespected, and completely heartbroken. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far, far away. There are countless other studios that actually treat people with dignity. This place failed on every level professionally, ethically, and morally. And yes I will be taking legal action. No one has the right to lay hands on a client. Ever.

I am so happy to see Sculpt50 on ClassPass! I have been to several other studios around San Jose and have been loving the classes at Sculpt50! The place is very clean and bright. I wish that the windows were tinted like other studios do because some people do stop and just watch the class from time to time. There are plenty of machines and the studio provides a wide range of time slots that work with your schedule. I really do appreciate how they open a good amount of spots for ClassPass users. I have taken classes with Drew mainly and Casey. Their instructions are very clear and do announce the next move which is very helpful. I do wish their music and microphone volume is turned up. I love Solidcore and love the ambiance/music. Some of the music choices were a bit boring here which makes the overall class very low energy. However, I love the good workout the class gives me and how challenging the class is. Drew is very nice in correcting form, so it is a great place for beginners as well. There are some instructors at other studios that are not friendly in correcting form and I wouldn't say that here. I would definitely bring my friends to try out Pilates here!

I am constantly working out at the gym and is always looking for a new workout place to switch up my routine. I've tried all variations from cycling, yoga, and high intensity workout classes, and I would have to say Pilates is my favorite so far. Since it was my first time, I did not know what to expect but we came early and our instructor was kind enough to give us a tour of the reformer machine and explain how the class will be. While a majority of the movements are slow , you will feel the burn regardless. Let's just say I've been sore and it's been two whole days since my first class. Really enjoyed my first experience here, and will be coming back after the soreness goes away!

    Is there a shower here?

Hi Maggie! No, sorry we do not offer showers on our premises.

Hello! I'd like to try Pilates for the first time. Is there a specific class I should book?

Hi Kim! All of our classes are mix level and appropriate for beginners and experienced clients! We will note when it is a client’s first class and provide extra guidance during the class. We look forward to meeting you soon!

So, this studio just opened but I see reviews from 10 months ago and even 2016. What's the deal?

I recently completed physical therapy for my neck and back and I wanted to get back into doing pilates to work on my core more + continue stretching out my neck and back. I also felt like getting a membership here was cheaper than what I was paying for PT so I feel it's so worth. They had a deal for unlimited classes (31 classes) for $149 I believe, and it's such an amazing offer, especially if you're going to be consistent with going and making use of your credits. The instructors are so lovely and I haven't encountered any issues with anyone there. Stacey and Annie are my favorite instructors. They care so much about your form and your comfort, which I appreciate so so much. I haven't been there long enough yet to experience the other instructors more than once yet, but the experiences I've had have all been wonderful and positive! Some poses were challenging, but she does a great job coaching and keeping the energy up. Then I tried the V2 Reformer + TRX class with Michele--the equipment and Michele really worked us out. We focused a lot on arms, legs, and core, and I definitely felt like I got a solid workout. Both instructors were super nice, and I like the open, airy space in the studio. Everything is super clean and well-organized. Each station is fully stocked. The instructor lets you know what items you'll need for class but they also have a wall chart that shows what equipment will be used for the class. They have cubbies for your stuff, and don't forget to bring grip socks! Also, I found parking right in front of the studio--super convenient. Looking forward to my next class!

I live about 30 mins away, but I'm in Los Gatos often so it's convenient to have a studio nearby that I love. The studio is pretty cold when you walk in, but within 5 minutes you're warmed up and it becomes the perfect temperature for a workout. The music is great and this studio is a vibe. What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!
