The haircut my son received was uneven in the back. I've never seen a cut that bad on him. Was disappointed and won't be back.

I've gone with the other barbers, and they've all done fantastic work, but the older woman in the father's chair from the door isn't very good. The older woman simply doesn't have a keen eye for detail, and when she handed me the mirror for the first time, I was not pleased. I instructed her where to make the necessary corrections, but it still didn't look the best, so I gave up. I believe that if you want a quick haircut, go to her; otherwise, don't! She used various guards in different places all around my head, and I remember thinking, "This won't look the same on both sides." It was extremely odd. She continued to try, so I suppose that's something. My sister and I just looked it over when we got home, and they claimed it was awful and I shouldn't have paid for this service! I never write reviews but I thought this place definitely deserved it. I have been struggling to find a barber in SD within a reasonable price and was very pleased with my haircut today. I asked Tracy for a mid-skin fade and while honoring my request she gave additional recommendations and truly understood my hair better than most barbers. I have a bad cow lick that she was able to fix with ease and when I asked for a beard lineup at the end I was more than pleased with the result.
