I found renting through Turo and this company was a total waste of time/money and should have just gone through a REAL rental company. If you use these guys through TURO, you better get the damage insurance and take really good photos because they'll claim anything that was previously there.

Was provided unit pictures, documentation and confirmation all renters should expect to protect themselves, their trip, as well as the RV owner. Though our drive into town took longer than expected, they were flexible with the unit clean and ready to go upon pickup. Walked through all the RV operations, any already documented dings, dents, scratches to include documenting it myself and answered any questions I had before heading to our camp site. Nice they phoned to check on us during our stay and provided recommendations around town to compliment our itinerary. RV drop off instructions were clear and seamless as discussed and understood prior and during RV pick up. Overall a good experience and looking forward to future RV rentals.

When we picked up the car, the only person driving it was my husband, then as soon as I got in the passenger seat to go on our vacation, the airbag alarm kept going off on the passenger side. The car smelled, and had Corolla mats inside a PT Cruiser, and there were slashes (with a knife it seems) on the upholstery and on part of the glove box, the car was not presentable or in good condition. When the alarm kept going off we kept calling the location that rented us the car CLOSED!! we called the airport location CLOSED, WITH NO EMERGENCY CONTACT!!! WE WERE STUCK WITH A BAD CAR!!! Not only that but we get a call that our son was taken by ambulance to Rady Children's Hospital via ambulance for an upper GI bleed, so we rushed back down to San Diego. We were harassed and bombarded with phone calls when the rental car company found out about all the messages we left, NO we don't want another car!!! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!! I was told it would take 10 days to get our deposit back, and 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED, AGAIN I WAS PROMISED JUST LAST NIGHT THAT IT WOULD BE ON THE CARD NO LATER THAN 12AM THIS MORNING, THEY HAD THEIR CHANCE AND NOW IT'S TIME TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
