After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We exchanged numbers (my wife went with the girls, I did NOT!). Got 4hrs of premium service from Darryl who was professional, timely, and made sure the girls had a fantastic time around town. Departing from the initial venue, driver was at the exact location we asked him to be, so getting out of So-Fi was very smooth. Upon arriving at 2nd location, we asked if we could extend, and he referred me to the owner. Upon speaking to Ryan (owner), we agreed on a set time and price to extend our night. Needless to say, owner and driver were more than willing to let us continue our night with the ease of knowing we all had a ride home. Bus condition was in A1 shape, very clean, great speakers inside the cabin (no raspy sounds), and new clean ice in the coolers. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. They have a massive selection of amazing vehicles to choose from, and I ended up using their black Rolls Royce Ghost for this long round-trip ride for a Sunday late day into evening. My assigned driver, Colleen, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to take on a challenge of the day. She's an easygoing driver with lots of gusto! I was driven safely to my destination, and I arrived on time to the funeral service. The vehicle was clean, smooth, comfortable, and well maintained. After the long service concluded, Colleen drove me to the next stop to the family home located in Beverly Hills. Because of road closures in that area, due to the Golden Globes event, Colleen easily went around the clustered area, and I arrived safely to the home. I paid my respects for 2 hours, which during that period, I told Colleen to take her break. By the time I was done, I texted Colleen, and she appeared to pick me up in less than 10 minutes, and whisked me off to go home. The ride home was very nice, and I enjoyed my experience.
