They have multiple self‑serve bays, plenty of vacuum stations, and two automatic wash options (touchless or soft brush), so you can pick exactly what your car needs. Prices are fair and reasonable, and one of my favorite perks is that the automatic wash gives you a vacuum token that lasts a full five minutes. Such a great touch. Overall, it's a reliable, well‑kept spot with everything you need for a thorough clean. Truly one of the best places to wash your car.

**Pick Another Car Wash Chain**…read more As a former small business owner, whenever I have an issue with a company, I make every effort to communicate directly and give them thethem the opportunity to make things right. In the event the business is unwilling to take responsibility, I'm left with no choice but to bring the matter to a public platform. Long story short -- I purchased a brand-new vehicle less than a month ago. Wanting to keep it in pristine condition, I intentionally sought out a touchless car wash to avoid potential damage. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong one. Since owning the car (less than a month), I've washed it twice, both times at this Happy Cow Car Wash location. The first wash went smoothly with no issues -- which is exactly why I returned for a second wash. Unfortunately, my second visit caused visible damage to the upper rear panel of my car, just below the brake light (see attached photos). While drying my car in their bay, I noticed multiple fresh scratches across the glossy black trim panel -- scratches that were absolutely not there before the wash. I immediately contacted the business via email and through their website. To their credit, they responded quickly -- but what followed was frustrating and unprofessional. A barrage of repetitive questions came my way, most of which could have been answered from the information I initially provided. Over the course of six or seven emails with the person responding (Mark -- role unknown, since none of his emails had a title or signature), he repeatedly claimed that he "reviewed the video footage" and saw no damage occur. Yet at no point did he ever provide that footage. If the video truly cleared the business, the simplest solution would have been to send it immediately. Even if the footage were to be provided today, I'd be skeptical -- because if it genuinely showed what he claims, why wasn't it shared from the start instead of deflecting blame and making excuses? And given the delay, how can anyone know whether the footage has been altered or edited? Realistically, I doubt any car wash camera could even capture this level of fine detail (see attached damage photos). Mark's alternative explanation was that the dealership had used "touch-up paint" that somehow washed off. If that were true, it would have come off during the first wash, not the second. And again, the area in question isn't painted metal -- it's a high-gloss black trim surface. His response came across as condescending and dismissive, implying that I must have purchased a vehicle that was already flawed or imperfect. That's absurd. This is a brand-new vehicle, purchased from one of the top dealerships for this brand in California. His attempt to devalue what's mine to avoid accountability was deplorable, to say the least. If you look at the attached photos, you'll see exactly where the scratches are (very high up on the rear panel) -- nothing else could have come into contact with that area except the wash equipment itself. After a series of back-and-forth emails, Mark eventually stated that they'd "meet with my adjuster," which makes no sense. It's their responsibility to provide their insurance information. This isn't an uninsured motorist situation -- it's property damage caused by a business. I even followed up in writing, giving them five days to provide their insurance details, and never received a response. After reading other reviews, it appears I'm not the only person who's had this experience. This seems to be a recurring pattern of behavior -- deflecting blame and refusing responsibility. Damage may be rare, but accidents do happen, and a responsible business takes accountability when they do. If you care about your vehicle and expect professionalism, honesty, and accountability, I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. My new vehicle now has visible damage that will not be cheap to repair -- all because of their equipment and their refusal to take responsibility

Transportation was great. The vehicle was exactly as pictured and the sprinter van was clean, and most importantly... Cold! During the ride my man children of friends had to use the restroom and couldn't hold it anymore and I sent one message to our driver and he found a place for us right away. And then on our way to our destination we realized it was CLOSED and asked him to take us somewhere else and he did. I felt so bad but our driver was so nice and helped us out. All in all, great service! Shout out to Luay for being an awesome driver

When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.

If you are looking to rent a vehicle in San Diego for a VERY affordable price, then this is a great…read moreplace to do so! I rented a car from them in June. The car wasn't brand-new (nor did I expect it to be‼), but I just wanted something reliable that drove from Point A to Point B. My rental looked more than decent & was very dependable. I liked how convenient it was to drop-off my rental in their parking lot after business hours too! And I received my deposit back the next day. If you are looking for a car to look flashy in however this may not be the place for you. I subtracted one star because: Every time you rent from them, you have to pay extra for a credit check which I am totally fine with. However even if you rented a car from them a wk ago - you still have to pay for another credit check to obtain a rental. Also, I had reserved a rental using their online reservation system but when I called to confirm if the vehicle was available, the agent told me the reservation never went through. Finally, the rental car market was pretty much saturated in July (not their fault) + I was told to keep calling to see if they had any available rentals. The person who was answering the phones sounded a bit annoyed when I called multiple times. All in all, a great place to goif you are looking for an affordable rental car solution!!
