They treated my family and I like royalty. They offered gave me some whiskey on the rocks and my wife champagne while they adjusted my watch size. After the purchase Elide continued to educate us on the history of the watch and how the model came about. Needless to say they have made a fan out of my wife and I. As a sister brand to Rolex, the big brother brand can learn something from Tudor. I have been put off by the way Rolex ADs treat their customers and don't even want to set foot in them. Buyer beware! This is not a store and as others have said the person is selling trash. This address is a UPS store and is not a place of business. The guys name is Tony and he'll try to get you to meet him at a local restaurant. He wants to be paid in cash and there's no receipt, warranty, or return program. So basically you're stuck with whatever you buy from him. This guy is not a real store, he has no staff, and all his stuff has not been serviced or authenticated. How can anyone trust to meet someone with thousands in their pocket and just buy it over a cup of coffee? Are you really that desperate for a watch? I don't think it's worth risking your life and money. I'm really surprised nobody has noticed that he is using a shipping address and claiming it is his jewelry store. He has no shop photos! Why would you pay store prices and then trust meeting some guy named Tony? It only sounds like a really good way of getting scammed! read more

I had on older watch that i needed to sell and i tried ebay ...an all what i got was offers from Indoneisa... so I called few stores in town and i got the highest offer from San Diego watches and i couldn't belive how simple it was.. i had to provide some info on the watch, and on the phone I got an offer... an hour later I had the cash in my hand at my bank...
