This is an ethical dishonest and and justifiable today's consumers. I don't care about the $20 credit card transaction fee that they charge but it just doesn't sit well with me knowing that, after all the hard work they put into they lost a customer. There shouldn't be a transaction fee when you' as a business demanding payment before the completion of this project If so, go ahead and demand the deposit put a hold on the card and decide on the day of pick up to see if the customer is paying cash check credit card.

Even though it was a small order, he took the time to fix my DXF & run multiple test cuts before cutting into my material to just made sure that my end product was exactly what I wanted. There's a lot of other places that wouldn't of taken the time to edit my splines that didn't transfer over and fix them to makes sure it cut the way I intended.
