Unfortunately they promised my calendars by 12/26, but still not here on 12/29. After calling them, they stated they were still in production. I ordered on 12/12, and production was suppose to take 2-5 business days and they're still in production. I've had very few customer service experiences that ended as abruptly as my recent one. I called the customer service number because I didn't like the quality of the business cards I received, and their rep (in her best condescending tone) pretty much told me it was the way the brand wants them and how I ordered them. Funny the proof looked great, just the actual cards looked cheap and unprofessional. By the time it was finished she was offering a discounted reprint, but by then she could have refunded the entire order and wouldn't have had interest. I've never had an issue with other printing companies when there was a quality issue....lesson learned. read more

This was my 2nd year ordering the magnet calendars. The quality is great and it's a nice product. The first year I ordered, there was 1 calendar missing in my order of 50, which I dismissed. This year, I placed an order with a co-worker and we got 400 calendars. In my 200 calendars, 3 were missing. I planned my mailings for each of the 200 calendars and needed those missing 3 calendars (plus, I paid for 200!). I called customer service to have the 3 mailed to me and they said no. They said they package the calendars in groups of 50 only and can't split it up to send me 3. Really?! We'll, that's just bad customer service and unacceptable for me. I will not be reordering from this company in the future. read more

Their turnaround is remarkable. Our last order for business cards this month took less than one week from order date to delivery!!! They have a great selection and some really good "Starter Packs" for new agents. In addition to this, their prices are very reasonable. I have been a customer of House of Magnets/Note Card Cafe since 2010 when I became a realtor. I believe a key to success is having a personal connection with clients. I send cards throughout the year St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I purchase all of these from House of Magnets Note Card Cafe and have never been disappointed. They use quality card stock and allow me to choose to support a charity when making a purchase (that is referenced on the back of the card). I can also choose an envelope color, since I hand address each envelope presentation is important as I coordinate ink color and stamps. My method must work because when I happen to cross paths with a client they usually comment "Carol thank you for the beautiful cards you send, we really enjoy them." I recently had ordered business cards from house of magnets and mistakenly forgot to upload my picture before they went into production. However a production person noticed it and brought it to the attention of the management team who reached out to me. I let them know that I did want my picture on there and I had mistakenly forgotten to upload it during the ordering process. They were kind enough to not only accept the picture I emailed to them, but offered to re-print the cards, with my picture on them, at no additional cost to me. I couldn't be happier that although it was my mistake, the house of magnets took care of me!! I am a very satisfied customer and plan to return for other items in the future! read more

Spent $150 on Open House Signs. I uploaded the proper artwork, but when it was shipped they only printed one of the files. Soooo my directional open house signs now point in opposite directions. I reached out to customer service, they claimed they only received one file and told me they would have to charge me to reprint it. Despite the fact that when the order was received, when the order was prepped for print, and when the order went to print the error could have EASILY been picked up and resolved. It took them one week to print yet they still thought opposing directional signs was totes ok. Amateur hour! Of course, when I reached out, their CS rep regurgitated scripted talking points "we want you to be happy, we want to fix this, we take ownership of our mistakes," but then follows that disingenuous, patronizing response up with "you'll have to pay us to fix our mistake." Fortunately my bank has disputed the charge, and not only will I be getting my $150 back, but Markful will also be charged a $35 dispute fee. So I'm good, but I highly recommend not giving your money to a company that is disingenuous and takes zero pride in their products or service and then tries to charge you for it. read more

I have bought marketing materials- cards and envelopes from this firm for direct mail. I just logged on to create biz cards for my other LLC and the site guides us to design our cards, but then, they don't recognize me. So I provided my email address. No luck. Went on their chat line, got snippy Maria who contradicts their net ads which reads: "Design Your Own Business Card..."At Markful it's easy to design a business card that represents ... " Well, says Maria: "We aren't a design firm." They clearly are not hungry for business. I'm done with them. read more

Incredibly disappointed with this business. I have never in all of my years of business had anyone talk to me with such disrespect. My order was late, mis delivered and returned to sender with no confirmation of this. Contacted them to get the order re-sent. I was reassured that it would be immediately. No confirmation email/tracker. Called again 5 days later, was told I needed to pay for them again, which I didn't as I paid for them the first time. Then told that this order was never re-submitted by their worker who I had talked to and would need to be tracked down. When I questioned why this wasn't done, I was rudely and disrespectfully talked to like it was somehow my fault/problem and they took no accountability for anything. Even though I had ordered weeks ago. I asked if now the order could be rush delivered to me and I was told that this is not possible? Like they couldn't even correct things at this point? This will be the last time I order anything from this company. They can't seem to get my updated profile in line with their internal systems and continues to send to an invalid email even though I have updated my profile. Therefore, I never receive a receipt. Perhaps I should just dispute these charges through my credit card company and show proof of their errors. When you place an order during after hours, you should have the ability to cancel them if you've made a mistake or need to edit. I send them an email immediately after the order was placed and call them literally when they open to make sure the order is stopped. I called at 7:30am and left a detailed voicemail. Website shows new business hours during COVID19 starts at 8AM. I called at 8:05am and the rep just says it already went into production. Then the rep goes on explaining they would have to charge an extra fee to cancel the order if I still wish to proceed to canceling it! This is the 2nd time I've had issues with my orders. Improve your website to allow customers to cancel or edit their orders, we all know they don't go into production immediately especially when orders are being placed after hours at 11pm. I can't believe Yelp will not let me give this company a negative number of stars. I ordered magnets in May. I got an email that said I would receive them 7-10 business days. A month went by of no communication until I called to see where they were. I got some excuse that we weren't going to print them to see if the schedule changed. As a company, why would that be acceptable to not communicate that? Next, I got asked if I wanted to print them anyway. Of course, I do. I ordered them in May for a reason. I tell Brena that my deadline was August 1st to have them in the mail. She says I will have 5 days to get them out. Now, we have printing problems because she can't make a graphic darker.... But, it takes her 2-3 days twice to respond to simple emails. Complete fail. To top it all off, I received them magnets, today. Ordered 1200, I just received 12,000 magnets on July 31st. What am I going to do with 12,000 magnets??? Anybody else want the bill for 10,700 extra magnets? The charge is on my card. On top of that, how are they going to be in the mail by my deadline? Oh, yeah, they are not. I ordered them in May. I suggest researching other companies, strongly!!!! read more

Last year there was a mix up - I decided tolerations go and use them again. I placed 2 separate orders that had nothing to do with one another the latter one shipped already the 2nd order was being held - when I spoke to Jai orKate she told me it was supposed to be shipped last week and will call me. 8i was willing to pay for overnight out of pocket. These Idiots shipped out regular. Never called KAI lied to me that it was just ready and I had just spoken to Craiig and he confirmed package was not shipped. The delivery was quick, packaging was great, and best of all, for nearly half the cost of one badge ordered through my own company's resource, I was able to order two name badges from House of Magnets! Update: Brenda reached out to me and was very sincere in trying to fix the problem. She sent out the replacement name tags and also had her team fix my business cards. They are much better then the first time and they get to me very fast! My only suggestion is to send them the picture for your business cards lighter because they will print a bit darker. My cards were awful quality and i only got one of my name tags when it clearly states two of them for the price. When i confronted the issue it took the forever go get back to me and i had to email them again to get the issue fixed a even then they haven't sent out replacement cards which from the proof look just as awful as the first ones and they told me they were putting my second name tag in the mail that day which i never received. I had received a free shipping code because I've been experiencing RIDICULOUS lag time on their website for the past week. I've placed previous orders with this company and they did a fantastic job...much better than VistaPrint in my opinion. The quality is just much better and more professional. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but due to the technical issues and repeated calls to customer service, I'm giving it a 3 (not to mention my order hasn't been fixed yet)....
