There is a verification of identity form I asked him to sign which just states my name, address and which ID, like my driver's license they verified and then the notary signs that. I buy about a house a month and have wells Fargo do the majority of my signings without any notary yet refusing to sign that, which he refused... Really annoying. He also didn't know you are able to sign the document beforehand for an "acknowledgment" form (can't for a jurat). He seems to not know what's hes doing and needs some basic training still. And I actually was planning on opening up a business line of credit with Wells Fargo. Hopefully within the next week or two. I was going to chat with him about it, And apply. Definitely not now, Wells Fargo still has a long way to go to get comparable to chase with their business acumen.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. I pay my mortgage in person so I visit the branch at least once a month, some months more often. The branch is currently under construction so it's interesting to see what section or area the tellers and staff will be working from. But I'm sure that will be finished soon and then the lobby will be back to a standard, permanent layout.

The absolute WORST banking experience I've ever had. It doesn't matter what time of day I go: early…read moremorning, mid-morning, late morning or afternoon, they are always SLOW. Every other bank has one line for quick deposits except this one. For a "QUICK" deposit, I have to wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes every single time. Average time is 30 minutes. Every customer that goes in when I'm there seems to want to inquire about lengthy banking questions. There needs to be a better solution to this. The tellers honestly do not know how to manage their time. It's disappointing because I live less than a mile from this bank. Now, I have to find a new location. She was pleasant,but a little unsure of how to go about it but she called someone for help a few times and it all got done. I mentioned that I had a check to deposit while I was there and she said she could handle that for me. She ran it through her machine, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. She called back a few minutes later because she forgot to get a piece of vital info for the trust. A mistake, oh well,I gave it to her. No biggy. But then the following day Kelly called to tell me that the check I deposited was a foreign check from Canada. She says they don't accept foreign checks anymore. I explain that she gave me a receipt. She says,"yeah, that's on me. I guess I should have looked at the check." Hmmm. She tells me they reversed the deposit and now I need to come in and get the check. Confused, I ask if they have any suggestion on what my next step might be,she says "yeah, we don't accept those anymore." Three times at least. I say I understand and she says do you want me to see if they can make an exception for you? I reply in the affirmative. She ultimately sends me to a manager. I ask the manager if she has any recommendations to handle my issue. She says "we don't accept those anymore." Yes,I've heard that. Sigh. Any advice? She says I should open an account at a larger bank. I was dumbfounded. Change banks was their answer. Who says that? Move my money somewhere else? They accepted the check. This was not my mistake, it was their mistake. They did nothing to rectify it. The manager rattled off a few other things they don't do anymore and suggested having accounts at a larger bank might be the best option for me. AGAIN. I was so upset. I really loved this bank but this behavior is absurd and unacceptable. They are not the bank they once were.

Even on receipt the teller give me was 3 days on hold. The day I want to use my money I found out that CHASE bank will hold it for another 7 business days. After I spent 2 hours on the phone just waiting for them to answer. Very RUDE manager from customer service told me that CHASE BANK CAN'T DO NOTING FOR me. And we have 3 business accounts with the bank, that will be closed very soon. Very disappointed in customer service! Never come back!!!!
