Allison was so patient with me, and she really worked with me so I could leave with a car that I really wanted! She let me test drive pretty much any car I wanted, and let me drive it around for pretty much however long I needed too, and when it came time for me to find car insurance, she even took the time to look around and even got some quotes for me which was so cool of her to do! Another awesome thing she did, is when I didn't have the full amount for the down payment, she worked with me so I could pay it off before my first car payment, and still got to leave that day with the car! If you're looking for a new car I HIGHLY recommend this place, and if you do go, make sure to find or ask for Allison because she will do whatever she has to do to make sure that you have a good time, answer any questions you may have, and most importantly leave with a car that you love! Even after buying a car, Allison makes sure that you know she is only a phone call away! Im so grateful for all your help Allison, I don't think words could describe how thankful I am for all that you did for me!

Brian immediately came out and greeted me. One car caught my eye. I went for a quick test-drive and I was hooked. I've had the car a couple weeks now and I can honestly say this was the best decision I've made when buying a car.

They answered all of my questions, were transparent throughout the process, and gave me the time I needed to make an informed decision. They were also accommodating when I wanted to have the vehicle inspected before purchasing, which gave me additional peace of mind. The paperwork was straightforward, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I've been very happy with my Corolla so far, and I appreciate the excellent customer service I received. If you're looking for an honest dealership with a friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. Thank you for making my first car-buying experience such a positive one!

They sold me a 2007 Toyota Camry, which broke down before I even had it for a month. Since they were held liable within the first 30 days, they replaced the catalytic converter. My experience at Auto Republic was very mixed. I ended up purchasing one of my dream cars (a Toyota…read moreSupra) and I have to give a huge thank you to Art. He was by far the best and most honest salesperson I've ever worked with. He gave me plenty of time to inspect the car on my own without hovering or pressuring me into making a decision. It was a refreshing experience compared to most dealerships. He understood that if someone truly wanted the car, they would buy it at the right price. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, respectful, and professional with both me and my mother. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the managers, Alex, was the complete opposite. During the negotiation process, he was disrespectful toward my mother, which left a bad impression and took away from what should have been an exciting experience. It's disappointing because Art provided outstanding customer service, but our interaction with management made the overall experience very mixed. One thing I think future buyers should know is that this dealership installs LoJack on their vehicles and is very firm about keeping it. They would not remove it from my deal, so be prepared for an additional $1,000 add-on to the advertised vehicle price. Just make sure you factor that into your budget before visiting. If it weren't for Art, I honestly don't think I would have purchased the car from this dealership.

He didn't use any pressure sales tactics, which we really appreciated (and told him so). I would recommend bringing an OBD2 scanner to check if any codes show on whatever car you're looking at, though. We found a code for the passenger side airbag sensor that was part of a recall, so you have to do your own due diligence whenever buying a used car, wherever you buy it. Art was great about that issue (and the wonky alignment that he had his service department fix for us) and sent it to Honda to get it fixed for us before we picked it up. All in all, we got a good deal and I would definitely work with Art again.

I had a friend recommend B and J's automotive to me and I thought I would give them a chance-it's odd that my first real job was at B&J's burgers in San Dimas. First, I have to say that there was no pressure that you would normally find in small lots or even large dealerships. The cars are priced well; it appears that the B&J owners make sure that their employees are honest and care about the people coming through the doors. I worked in professional sales for 10 plus years before I became a professor. I can tell when people are genuine and when they're not, and these people are genuine. I was looking for a car to meet my son's needs, and I found a nice 2013 Toyota Corolla. It was in very good shape for being that old. Yes, you're going to find little scrapes here and there and possibly little minor defects but unless you go back in time and bring that car with you, you're not going to find something as clean as this one. This is an honest dealership. There are no hidden markups, no added tinted windows or security devices that you see in many other dealerships. Many dealerships will offer a price that seems enticing, however they have many add-ons like an upgraded stereo, upgraded wheels, upgraded tinted windows, upgraded sound system, upgraded security system and so on. NOT HERE. There is only one person that you need to ask for and that is Brian Ponce. He is the quintessential salesperson, and I'm 61 and I know salespeople that are good because he listens and he doesn't try to talk over you and tries to oversell. When you go there ask for him if you do not, you'll be doing yourself a disservice this is not to say that the other employees are poor workers, because I didn't meet them, but my experience with him was so intense that I can't imagine doing business with anybody else. It is a small dealership and usually I don't even go to these places. Again, because I was recommended by a friend, I did so. The car's outstanding I already had my mechanic check it out and of course there are a few minor things to do to it but nothing major the engine was great, the brakes are great the transmission's great the interior is great and again you can't expect everything to be perfect because it's thirteen years old. I am not a professional Yelper; I'm a normal person who tells it the way it is. Make an appointment with him and be on time and he respects that. I respect that someone values my time and is ready for me. I know there's a lot of unscrupulous people out there, but this place is not one of them. I'm going to send you a picture and you can see me in the picture. I'm a teacher, I don't have a lot of money to spend, and I believe in value and honesty, and this is where you'll find it. I hope you have an opportunity to speak with Brian and find a car that you like but to be honest I mean you have taxes and fees on top of everything you see and that's not the salesperson's fault, that's the state of California's fault. No matter where you go, you're still going to have to pay those same taxes so why not go to a place that will treat you justly, and with respect.

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had…read more Nick and Candace had me totally convinced that I was getting this great car and that Enterprise only sells certified preowned and that they are inspected. Then if they don't pass, they get sent to other used car dealers so they only sell the top of the top. So I trusted Enterprise. I needed to get a new car because my old car was falling apart and would not pass smog. At the time I had horrible credit so I had to finance with a company with high interest rates which I had accepted. But the whole reason I needed a new car was because I couldn't afford large amounts of maintenance and car repairs. Less than a month after getting the car, I had to replace both cabin and engine air filters which ran just under $60. After months of calling and being told, they would call me back and them failing to do so, I finally got a hold of someone and they sent a reimbursement check. But man did they make me practically beg for it. They also told me that I had a one year warranty, which in fact was true, but only powertrain nothing else. Well, surprise surprise 6 months into owning the car, the check engine light goes on. So I take it to a shop that I trust and they found the problem which altogether was about $2400 worth of repairs. The Assurant warranty only covered $1500 of it. So I am out of pocket about $1000 for repairs on the car that I haven't even had six months. On top of that, I had to do a transmission fluid flush, which was just under $300 because it was so gunky. It looked like it hadn't been inspected in a year. When I called back to talk to them about this, they said "you should've gotten the warranty. It would've covered all this." I was told I could add the warranty up to a year after I got the car. When I called to add the warranty they said I had to do it within 90 days after purchase. They said they were going to have the branch manager call me back well surprise surprise it's been 2 weeks and crickets. No call nothing. I'm so fed up at this point that I'm just done. They fooled me once and I will never be buying a car from them again. All I can do now is write this scathing review so hopefully nobody else goes through the same thing as I did.
