So I was looking for fun/different things to do in Cancun since this was our 3rd trip there. I wanted to try the foam party, which if booked online was $50 USD. It included dinner, open bar, t-shirt, "table service" and of course the foam party. We spent the day at Beach Palace and then took the city bus ($1 per person) to the downtown area where Senor Frogs and the other clubs were located. This is the best/cheapest option. We arrived at 9pm even though the "party" did not start until 10 pm. We were given wristbands and our t-shirts. We were told to have a drink at the bar until our table was ready. We had 1 drink and then we were escorted to our table. We were told to pick 1 item each on the top of the menu. We both had chicken quesadillas. They were ok- very Americanized. Around 9:30 they started kicking all the center seated tables out of the air filled foam party pool thingy. They moved the tables/chairs and added high top tables with bottles of liquor and pitchers of beer and cups (this is the table service they mention online not real table service we know). They has some live music to kill the time and at 10 the party started and the DJ started playing. The staff performed a great welcome show and a bunch of people came in from nowhere! They all were escorted in by someone with Bongo Tours. I assume that's Coco Bongos. They all drank from the tables, did the conga, and danced. We were in the mix too but still kept our table on the upper deck. The foam didn't officially start until midnight so we were pretty buzzed at that point. Then it started coming down. The feeling is indescribable. Your wet almost immediately. People are dancing all about. It's definitely a fun experience! Pro tips: Starts at 10 but foam doesn't begin until 12 Book online- great deal! Foam party every Wednesday Waterproof phone, camera, or a waterproof case around your phone to take cool pics/videos. Self stick also suggested because the foam gets very high... Free t-shirt can be used to dry off or swap it out with what you're wearing so you have something dry afterwards or bring towel/extra clothes Tip your servers- got drinks delivered all night! Save $1 pp to take bus back to your resort. Much cheaper than a cab and the stop is not a far walk from Senor Frogs. read more

I don't even know what to say about this place. I'd never been to Cancun. I'd never been to a Señor Frogs. More than that, is never been to a foam party. My friend and I agreed to go because this was a package deal. For $55 we had dinner, open bar for the night, a free shirt, and the foam party. Let's see. Dinner was good. I kept it simple and ordered the quesadilla. It was fun because our meals were served in a "sink". The drinks were well done. Strong enough to feel nice but not so much that they were undrinkable. The foam party was.... foamy. That was an interesting life experience. Dancing, barefoot, because wet flip flops are a death wish, on a rubber floor with other half naked or. A thing suit clad persons surrounded and covered in bubbles. It wasn't on my bucket list, but if it were it's thankfully crossed off. We were there on a Wednesday night but I really expected the place to be busy. During the foam party the floor was pretty full. Within 25 minutes the floor was empty, they were pushing the foam off the floor, and we realized we were only two of maybe 10 people in the restaurant. So again, I'm not quite sure what to say. Last time I was here was no exception did have a really good time but with my most reason visit I came to find out that the location was moved ?? Cab guy was like they moved it to the strip since everything else was right there it was just easier ... I get it but liked the original location better that one was by the water. This location is smaller , plenty of tables to sit they do have a stage & a bar area some of the crazy decorations that were part of the other location are here the most obvious ones are all the sayings on the walls. The music is loud , the drinks are not bad the staff tends to entertain you while everyone dances around like crazy. One great thing about this is that it's one of the few places that charges no cover to get in ... in an area where they are constantly hassling u to get tickets its nice not to have to pay to get in. I won two free vouchers for here from the Riu Cancun so we went for lunch. The service here was top quality, very friendly guys who make sure your enjoying your time. The drinks are free refills and also got to keep my Señor Frogs yard cup. The food was nice, I've had better burritos in my life but was very enjoyable. The decorations are very cheesy, for example one banner said 'sorry mother, you know I love you but I denied your friend request on facebook'. Actually made me laugh to be honest! We stopped in on our way back to the cruise ship for a snack and a drink. It's a fun stop and the prices are reasonable. We've been to other locations in other cities on cruise ship stops. The food and drinks are fairly consistent. The service is usually very good and it was here. We enjoyed a drink and our snacks at an outside table. This is a must to view what's going on. There were a lot of tables when we got there, but we weren't allowed to sit at them since we weren't having diner. It was 9:00pm, but I guess you had to order diner to get a seat. It didn't make a lot of sense since we ordered probably a $100 in drinks between the four of us by the time we were gone. I guess a lot of people just get one or two and watch the show. Came here for dinner on spring break. There were a number of us and we had vouchers from our travel agents. It seemed they were more interested in collecting the vouchers/tip than taking our order. We only got to choose from the kids menu, but I got a chicken fajita. When they brought my food they didn't bring any tortillas. Additionally, they gave us big water jugs, but not enough for all of us and we had to keep asking them for more. The fajitas were good (nothing to write home about though). As for the atmosphere, it is really fun. We got to dance around in a Congo line going behind the bar and around the tables. Giving us free shots of watered down alcohol as we went around. The music was good and the bathrooms were clean. I stayed at the Oasis, and you are able to take a bus for $1 to get there (you take it all the way to the strip). It's a good bus but I would NOT RECOMMEND taking it alone. Could get really creepy sometimes. Also, when you take the bus home, it picks you up in a different spot than it drops you of off so make sure to double check with the drivers or others around ( you have to go through a store/ food ally/ sidewalk). read more

Señor frogs is a new restaurant/Bar in the city of Cancun. My friends and I traveled from New York City to Cancun and stayed at Oasis Palm Beach. We bought tickets for a "glow party" the tickets were $60 and $5 at the door. The wait for the food was ridiculous. We order at 8pm and we got The food at 10pm. I order a piña colada and a cheese quesadillas. With our tickets we had open bar to drinks but they were some drinks not included which made no sense. Other then that the party was great. They had small competitions and shows. Paint was failing from everywhere and the music was really good. They had Portuguese, Spanish and english music. House, reguetton and more. I would not recommend the food here. The first thing I noticed while walking in was the strong smell of vomit. The food here is bland and overpriced. The only thing I enjoyed were the drinks. I ordered the carnitas burrito bowl and my boyfriend ordered the chicken breast sandwich. I probably only ate half of my meal; I could have made something much better at home. My boyfriend had to take the bread off his sandwich because it was just falling apart and wouldn't hold together, and his fries were stale also. Other than that, the atmosphere is fun and the staff were great and friendly. If you're looking for a good time and drinks, this will be the spot for you. Hmm, I wasn't impressed. The dinner, bar and dance area are all in one room, so be ready to party when you come in. The staff are trained to be super touchy-feely. The waiter tried to walk me by the hand to the restroom. Of course I pulled my hand away, but he was waiting outside the restroom to do a little dance when I came out. I overheard two women in the restroom talk about the "creepy guy who walked them to the restroom," so I know I'm not the only one. I also noticed the couple in front of us, the waiter was touching the woman too. She was more welcoming of the attention even though it was well in her power to act more serious and push him away (she probably did that to show her guy that she's still desired, or probably going to play the card of "he came up to me"). Her partner got mad at the waiter and told him something. He should've waited until the waiter leaves and tell HER something for being so welcoming! Oh well. Anyway, these are just the things I observed and experienced. Other than that, it was fun.
