Chicken quesadilla - grilled chicken just ok

Food was good depending on what it was. Overal it was a solid choice. Be aware it's cash only and they did not want to spilt out groups bill.

The variety of food and drinks here makes this a crowd pleaser. However, they are a cash only establishment so come prepared. Drinks are good hit a little slow to be served. The onion rings were crazy good and we liked the live band.

This place was a lot of fun, but I recommend going when it's light out to avoid the mosquitos! The bugs ate us alive!! The staff tried to help by providing bug spray and burning some cardboard to quell the bugs, but it didn't make much of a difference. The restaurant is situated in the trees and it's beautiful but not for those with sweet blood! We started with an order of plantains. They were underwhelming - not much flavor. Kids loved the smoothies and pepperoni pizza. Mexican burger, burrito and tacos were tasty. The bill was considerably more expensive than other places around - but the location to our house and generous portions made up for it. Just don't forget your big spray!!

Drink menu. Try the frozen Mojito.

You must stop by here for a frozen Mojito. Fresh mint in everyone. This is a local favorite and a great spot to stop by for a cocktail or two. You will always find interesting people at the bar. They always have live music. Incredible cover bands.

My husband and I both loved this spot. Super chill and a great atmosphere. The drinks are fantastic, especially their Frozen mojito which they are known for. This is a definitely a spot to stop by have some drinks listen to some music from the live band and see the beautiful blue ocean. I did not eat there but the nachos looked good from the table next to us. The staff were also cool. We would definitely recommend this spot and we will definitely be back next time we visit Cancun! Oh I almost forgot, BRING CASH! This is a CASH ONLY SPOT.

Drove a golf cart around the island and stopped about 1/2 way through at fbis place. The beer was cold, the service was good and the fish tacos were outstanding-some of the best I've ever had.

We had a blast, bought a shirt. Alberto was great, tipped him well. LOVE the LIVE music. The band was really good.Fries were ok, shrimp that were grilled with the avocado salad was great, but the dressing was...... We did enjoy the tacos. LOVE the atmosphere, sunset was great I WOULD RECOMMEND

We ate here twice while we were on the island. This is a must go to when we visit. They often have live music. the pizza was wonderful. I tried the satay chicken tacos and they were very good. service is good. Venture down to that end of the island.

Came here due to the live music always playing when we go by. The bar is very cool and always live music and/or music playing. Definitely come here for the drinks and atmosphere. The food on the other hand sucks. Typical bar food. Chicken wings are nothing special, Cesar salad sucked and the nachos are just blah. The jerk chicken tacos are far from traditional jerk chicken. Just adding jerk spice doesn't cut it. Come for the Bar not the food!!! Now the smoothies are excellent. Cold and fresh made. Parking is on the street and they have a perking lot across the street as well. This is a good drinking bar to hang out and listen to music. If we didn't have food it would probably be 4 stars but the food was not worth the money. The Joint is cash only and they are 16mx to 1us. The exchange rate right now is 1us to 20.28mx. This is definitely a tourist place.

I am on the fence about the 4 stars. I wanted to go with 3 but honestly the vibe was strong and good here. I did enjoy it. I just didn't love the food. Service was good and it's worth going just for the experience for sure. I'd probably eat somewhere else and just go mid day to listen to the music and vibe out.

Fun bar with great live music. It can be hard to get a table, so note that you need to put your name in right away. Plenty of parking. Strong drinks.

    The joint special Mojitos.

Excellent drinks, service, band. The only negative thing I would say T-shirts are a bit pricey. $30 is steep.

The beach was nice but a lot of rotting grass. None of this is factoring into my rating. I walked out into the water of Capitan Dulche's cove to cool down and the dogs on the neighboring property ran down to the beach, jumped into the water, swam out and started attacking me before I could even attempt to get away. I have bite wounds on my left arm, neck, upper, and lower back. They only stopped biting me, because I grabbed one by the throat until it yelped. Which scared them away. These were large black lab type dogs. They would have killed a child. I had to pay a doctor to come treat my wounds. The staff there offer my friends an old first aid kit, but otherwise offered no apology, and still charged us for our drinks. A woman patron approached us and said they almost attacked her on a paddle board the day prior. She also informed us she lives on the island and she is aware that this has happened before. There are no warning signs, no security measures in place between the properties. These dogs will kill someone it is just a matter of time. Definitely do not go to this place. FYI I was here only maybe an hour before the attack. I was sober, and I was not being loud or doing anything that would cause a dog attack.

Forgive me, but I must have missed something. One of the ads says "in this luxurious Beach club…read morefeatures infinity pools." This beach club is almost everything one would want to avoid in a beach club. + Filthy dressing rooms with smelly standing water underneath open slats of wood. + No locker service, but torn apart locker ruins containing people's personal belongings. + Two small, old swimming pools filled with drunks carrying glass bottles and wine glasses. Twice I watched a drunk drop a beer bottle and have it bounce on the cement. What happens when someone smashes a glass? Do they close the whole facility and drain the pool? + Tiny, postage stamp Beach area. Normally one would appreciate a location away from the city center, but this location is so far from the city center the only way to get here is 2 rent a vehicle or pay for a taxi. Based on the description in all of the ads, I expected something similar to services typical of at least a two-star hotel. maybe I came in with way too high expectations. I traveled to Isla mujeres from my beautiful hotel with its four glimmering pools, one of which was an actual infinity pool. Do not travel more than 15 minutes from your place of residence to get here or you will be disappointed. The food. The food was tasty and the food service met expectations. That's the reason for two stars rather than one. I had the Yucatan ceviche and the fried calamari with a side order of french fries. The ceviche was plentiful and tasted good. The fried calamari portion was tiny and was a bit squishy. The french fries tasted bland and we're stale.
