I felt respected, heard, and he not only quoted me, but offered to help me navigate next steps with the roofers who need to fix said problems. Charged $704 and no cleaning. I was suspicious so i called our builder who recommended another company. As the other reviews on this page note, i was told by the 2nd company there was no damage and no need for any relining. To add insult to inury they tried to tell me that "relining" isnt as good as replacing the "whole chimney" for $35,000. The 2nd company said that there was no need for any repair but if there were, a relining was about $1,600. This is fraud. And if they say we aren't listed as a customer as apparently they do, I will post the invoice and the charge. Beware.
