I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. For this party, we ended up needing delivery out to Cheektowaga, which the previous company would not do. I did a quick search and found Big City and we quickly got in contact with them because they delivered. There was no crazy deposit, they dropped everything off the day before and picked up everything after the party was over. Solid rental price, delivery and more importantly, great customer service.
