I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. While he was helping me, he took the time to greet everyone who walked passed us and ask them if they needed help too. I told him I needed help with the install. He gave me his card, asked me to text him photos, and we set up an appointment with the handyman (Andy) to do the installation. During our texting, I mentioned wanting the garbage disposal taken out too. Andy came the very next day and took care of everything, including disconnecting the power from the disposal. They were both very professional, affordable, and Andy did quality work.

He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. For this party, we ended up needing delivery out to Cheektowaga, which the previous company would not do. I did a quick search and found Big City and we quickly got in contact with them because they delivered. There was no crazy deposit, they dropped everything off the day before and picked up everything after the party was over. Solid rental price, delivery and more importantly, great customer service.
