We had this service for a year and their treatments were ineffective against ants. They would just…read morerepeat that it takes three weeks for their bait to work, but it never really did. (Also you go through a call center before you can reach scheduling, which takes extra time). All in all, disappointing.

This is a horrible company. Then when I paid the initial service and the one month follow up came, they charged me another $219!!! The deception of it all. That's my fault for trusting the representative and not seeing the little prints of the contact. $400 service fee for one month. That's a joke. The contact said if you cancel early you will get a $250 charge but they didn't tell you they will TAX you in that charge. Another DECEPTION. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
