The access panel to my attic was in tight quarters, but Craig didn't complain. In fact, his demeanor is so calming when you're stressed out! Craig put me as ease very quickly. When he came down from my attic, he didn't just explain to me what was going on, he took pictures to SHOW me. It turned out that what I was hearing above my head were BIRDS. I saw the nests they had made. I also saw the entry that they were using to get in. My non-paying feathered "tenants" were out that day, so Craig was able to seal the entry point. He did a thorough inspection of my attic, and I learned a lot from him. I haven't heard a single noise in my attic since. This company has earned my trust and confidence. We contacted Norpac to inspect a home for one of our homeowners. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.

We respect mother nature and care for our natural environment - we love our PNW beneficial insects and as long as the critters stay outside, I don't have an issue with them. Even doing any amount of pest control is hard for me to swallow. However, we need to protect our property against rodent intrusions and ants and things like wasps nests. I had tried to do the job myself armed with a spray product and a planned out escape route From my experience, the stuff in a hardware store just doesn't cut it. Yellowjackets were happily thumbing their stingers at full force even after application of an entire can of Black Flag. My roommate had asked around in reference to our issue, and a local business recommended them to us. A great example of local solidarity. I called Bacon Pest Services and left a detailed message of what was needed. Now, callbacks can take anywhere up to 48hrs, but I got a call back in 4.8 seconds! Mallory was cheerful and professional, and offered to send Anthony out in the next hour or so. She made me feel like I wasn't just another customer, but fully listened to what I had to say. Anthony came to the house quickly, and he was ready to start immediately. We discussed a few options, and made our decision. The actual work was performed at that time. I offered to take care of my friend's cat since he chose to go overseas to go back home due to the…read morepandemic. I took care of the cat for 3 months at his apartment until he decided to give the cat a new home. The new owners found out that the cat had fleas which explained why I started getting bug bites (26 bites total) on my legs a few days after the cat was gone. It's has been a month since I've been back to the apartment and I decided to visit the apartment once more to pack up my stuff. I spent an hour cleaning the apartment and discovered 30 more flea bites after I got home. I told the homeowner and he contacted the apartment manager who got in contact with Carl. I was later informed that they were exterminated after a week which I was relieved, but when I went back to visit the apartment a week later with a friend, we were greeted with 20+ fleas on our feet and legs after a few steps of opening the door. At this point, my friend and I are mortified and we ran out and left right after. I contacted the homeowner about the situation and again and management informed him a few days later that the fleas were terminated once more. I went back the following day to help pack up my the homeowner's clothes and personal belongings before it was infested again. I was fully dressed from head to toe to cover any exposed skin. I asked the same friend to come along to help me carry things out and spent about 20 min quickly packing up his belongings into boxes. Both my friend and I still saw fleas jumping onto our legs as we tried swatting them away. There weren't as many as before, but they clearly were not "terminated." We left immediately and once again, my friend and I received an additional 8 bites on our ankles and later told the homeowner about our recent encounter. The apartment manager then asked for pictures to send proof to Carl, but at this point, I am frustrated and terrified of returning back to the apartment to once more to have fleas on me and potentially get bit again. The apartment is very minimalistic with few furniture and is carpeted. I learned that fleas will thrive in carpeted areas if there ya no animal vector to live on. The pictures below consists of the scars and recent bug bites from the fleas as well as an email from the apartment manager and my friend after having the recent visit. Carl was unable to comprehend the ongoing situation and failed to see any signs of pests. When it comes to terminating fleas, I do not recommend him at all.
