The rooms have everything we need, and the beds have all been comfortable. We like that we have little kitchens to make small meals in. Let's be honest though we don't cook much when we have so many good restaurant choices. Melissa is a kind and wonderful host. Barney the loveable dog is always by her side welcoming us. We really wouldn't stay anywhere else given the things we need are all here. We've even had family stay here. It's clean, its affordable and it is two blocks from the beach.

She confronted my children in the pool for no wristbands, even after I let her know they had fallen off from the salt, sand and sunscreen at the beach. She said I should have replaced them but nothing in the rules stated I needed to do this. When I asked to get more, she said the office was closed and if we didn't leave the pool she'd call the cops. We came this weekend for my daughters birthday and Mother's Day. They were all in tears. I'll be filing a complaint with the management and HOA. We hope things change so we can continue to stay there but until then, we'll be booking else where. Update 6/27/17: I sent in a letter to the HOA board along with the management company. I received a response from the management company and although appreciated the response, it further confirmed that this will not be a place that our family continues to vacation at.

These ladies took our name, and just as we were heading back to Corpus Christi, we got a call with a vacancy 2 bedroom. We would have paid the same amount for one room on the beach, and this place was clean, cool, and very very nice. There are 2 well maintained pools and the staff is friendly and helpful. Another great thing about Coral Cay is it's great location, it's in town and close to the resturants, shopping, marina and parks.

We were in unit 064. It was newly renovated and nice enough...building was old, outside looks very…read moredated, but the unit was decent. I like that it was on the second floor, and that it was closest to the ocean. Unfortunately, due to covid-19, the pool was closed (we stayed here the first weekend the state was open after the lock down). They called and told me after I made reservations about the pool, would have been good to know before the reservations, as I was considering an Airbnb, but chose here for the pool. Alex, who called was nice and considerate, sounds like I could have cancelled at that point, but I decided not to. The kitchen was well stocked, but one of the bathroom sinks was clogged when we got here, and supplies where chincy. There also wasn't a lot of room for food in the kitchen (cupboards and drawers were all well stocked)...the door that appeared to be the pantry was locked. There were only a couple dish washer tabs and no extra toilet paper anywhere, with 8 people for a couple days we ran out and had to use paper towels and thrown them away (no answer when I called the office to request more, but strange I would even need to call for that). Took a few mins to figure out the TV's, but we couldn't get the cable box in the master bedroom to work at all even after restarting the cable box. Found men's underwear behind the master TV while trying to troubleshoot cable box issue. WiFi was good, easy to use and fast. Their emails after registration were strange, one even looked like spam and lacked information. Our kids had a good time here and enjoyed the stay. It was a decent home base for playing at the beach. Overall we had a good time, was decent, staff (Alex) was nice, but not sure we'd stay here again.
