It's a beautiful condo. Everything worked great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the beach and everyone getting stuck in the sand was pretty entertaining. If I had to give advice, bring sleeping masks. You have beautiful views but lots of light comes through. Bring a fan. It gets stuffy. And bring basic cooking supplies if you plan on cooking. There are plenty of cooking items but no salt, pepper, or basic staples. Not a big deal, just to be aware. We'd absolutely go back! You cannot beat the location for ease to and from town. The pier and jetty are right outside your door. The beach does get very crowded here but we expected that and adjusted for our needs.

The mandatory extras tacked onto monthly rent definitely add up, but are WELL worth it (valet trash pick-up, WiFi, etc). The only negative - aside from my upstairs neighbors - has been the fitness center, which is not open 24 hours, & is a bit lacking in equipment, but there is a Smith machine - plus my living room is easily spacious enough for a Peleton, so I really can't complain! Building was kept clean through out our stay, Pool was cleaned every day. Cons- restroom could be bigger and the furniture is a little out dated. Again this is not a resort its a condo. I can't complain for the summer price/water front. In conclusion this place was recommended to our family and I will recommend this place to family and friends.

The room lacked any appeal. Decorations on the wall were hanging lopsided, bathroom door was damaged and very hard to shut. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had a waterproof mattress cover that made horrible sounds anytime you moved on the bed and the sheets seemed to not fit properly and kept coming off. The noise around us from other guest was horrendous. The people above us made loud noises all through the night and even next day. The pool hours were to shut down at 10pm but that was not enforced. We heard children horse playing and screaming way into the morning hours. We ended up checking out 2 nights early. We called to speak with the manager as she was not available when we checked out - we were told to call back after 3:30PM that day. When we called and spoke with her she told us there was nothing she could do.

Units are very moderns and spacious. Personally , I love the choice of material especially in the kitchen. Outdoors :The landscape are very well maintained and clean .i have noticed they are also planting trees which is going to be even more beautiful. Residents : Calm and respectful to others and the premises.I like the fact that they pick up after their pets and don't trash things out in the common areas. Services: They do offert a valet trash service and a very innovative system of receiving items that residents have ordered online. Fitness center with towels and bottles of water available as well as a playhouse with a theater center. At anytime, in the lobby , you can find ,at coffee and cookies . How cool is that!? Maintenance: I am relatively new but I have requested maintenance for one or two quick fixes in the unit. Also , i have purchased a TV and the company fees for helping me mount it on the wall were very exaggerated . Luckily the maintenance team is going to help me tomorrow for a way less . It really irritates me to be forced to pay that extra five dollars. I pay over 1500.00 a month, 1 bedroom apartment! I do pay for a garage also.

We're going on our third year and have debated other places, but nothing compares. The amenities are well maintained (because no one wants to just look at the pool or gym because it's out of order AGAIN and was supposed to be fixed last week). The landscaping is always clean, and the people here are friendly and family-oriented if that's what you're looking for.
