I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed. Called ABC and was told an hour wait due to backlog. The truck arrived within 50 minutes and the driver, Cesar, immediately assessed the condition of my wife as she had been sitting the car for over 2 hours. He also ensured she could safely exit the vehicle and wait in the tow vehicle. Cesar gently loaded and delivered the car to our home where he carefully unloaded and repositioned the vehicle in our driveway. The cost for that amount of peace of mind was well worth every penny. In fact, for the risks those drivers are subject to, it seems very conservative. Cesar was polite, professional and courteous. The truck was clean and looked very well maintained. Thanks ABC Towing!
