These folks have awful attitudes. Been in twice and both unpleasant experiences. Literally told us "the tape is not for customers". you must purchase AN ENTIRE ROLL OF TAPE from them in order to seal a package. read more

If you want to be insulted and verbally abused and waste your time, this is your store. I drove out of my way on a Saturday in driving rain to use the advertised notary services. I lady came put from the back, on her cell phone. She asked what I needed. I told her that I needed to notarize a letter and asked if she was the notary. She said that she was the notary but that she was waiting for her stamp to come in the mail. If I needed notarization that day I could drive an additional 4.5 miles south to their second store on Hobe Sound. I told her that was too far to go as I had already come a long way from the north. Now, I understand that a notary can not perform their profession without a stamp. However, their website should not advertise services that they can not perform. I shared that thought with the notary, in a calm manner without raising my voice. She immediately became combative and started using foul language. Rather than apologize to the customer for her inability to perform advertised services or for wasting my time she said the following, quote, "You know what sir, you are just an asshole." I responded by saying, quote, "That may be so, but you don't go to an airport to fly on an airline only to be told that "yes, we are an airline but we don't have any airplanes today." Or go to a restaurant to be told that "we don't have any food." I turned and left the store and she told me I was an asshole and not to come back. Well, she will get her wish. I then went to a competitor UPS store where the ladies were friendly and capable of notarizing my letter. There were 6 customers in line. I told my story about the Seabranch Ship Center and 2 of the 6 customers said they have had similar experiences. Another customer volunteered that that is why they were at UPS rather than the Seabranch Fedex. No wonder the Seabranch FedEx was empty and the UPS store had a long line. FedEx I should drop these guys before they destroy the FedEx brand in the Stuart, FL area. read more

First, I'll start with the pros: amicable and helpful cashier, spacious building. The cons surely outweigh the pros. Although there was only one person in front of me, I must have waited 5-10 minutes before reaching the front desk. Additionally, everything there looked aged and dilapidated. If you need to send a care package to a loved one, this is your store!!! Not only do they ship items , they will carefully package your shipment to ensure it gets there safely. Every time I enter the store, I am greeted with a smile from one of the friendly staff. Their service is fast and efficient. I can always count on my packages being delivered when promised. Whether I am sending something out for business or a birthday gift to my brother oversees, I know it will get there with care. I went to the FedEx ship center at Seabranch to send a box to my son up north. I walked in explaining my dissatisfaction with the USPS priority mail service and requested that the man behind the counter send my package by FEDEX, hoping for a better experience than USPS. I even repacked my stuff in a FedEx box. The man took a phone call and also helped another patron while I was still at the counter waiting to finish my transaction. After about 20 mins, The man behind the counter finally presented me with a receipt to sign and I took my receipt and left. This morning my Husband asked me for the tracking # so I pulled out my receipt. I couldn't believe it! It was a USPS tracking number! So I promptly returned to the Seabranch FedEx shipping center and asked the guy behind the counter what happened? He gave me some line about he thought we were on the same page......blah blah blah. Of course I am not a happy person at this point and made it unmistakable how UNHAPPY I am! I didn't get any kind of apology, I was told how I was on camera! Nice! I have since filed a complaint with FedEx corporate offices and with the help of the customer service representative discovered that if he had sent my package by FedEx as requested my cost would have been $11.17. Instead I was charged $20.24 for USPS that would have cost me $13.60 if I had sent it priority flat rate on my own. Thanks again guy behind the counter. Way over priced!! Asked about notary service and I was told $10 not $10/page so $40 later I realized how ripped off I was! Should have gone to my bank for free! Also shipping services are double then that of post office etc and customer service is not worth paying that much! Will never go here again! read more
