Mailed an important document to a location less than two hours away from the UPS Store to arrive within two days. One week later tracking shows it hasn't even shipped yet. Spoke to a lady representative the first time after the document still had not arrived. She was very helpful. Apparently it was shipped to ARIZONA and was to arrive back in Florida within a week. No luck. I went to the store and spoke with "Cody." Terrible attitude. Basically unwilling to do much to get answers. I requested a full refund based on the cost to arrive within two days. Snatched my receipt out of my hand. I've done business with this store for years and never have seen him before. Think I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

My printer ran out of ink last minute and I needed to get a return in the mail before the holiday with only an hour before closing. The item needed to go through USPS so I ran to this UPS location to print the label before trying to rush to the post office before they closed. The staff here was so helpful and not only printed up my USPS label, but told me they could ship it out for me so I didn't have to run to the post office, AND they waived the printing fee!! If rudeness was the worst thing to report, I probably would not bother. But when they STEAL packages, refusing to give them to the recipient but ALSO refusing to send them back to sender, they think the will get away with it. When the sender called insisting on return to the sender, Hadley again refused. Then Hadley lied and reported the recipient had the package, but there was no signature evidence to support her lie. Then, when caught, said that the recipient refused it, but still would not return to sender. But when the Martin County Sheriff (Cpl Spencer) got involved, the truth came out and the recipient finally got the package. Yes, Hadley, the owner was also extremely rude, not allowing customer to speak, so calm discussion/resolution was prevented. So, if you value your package contents and do not want them rerouted to Hadley personally, do NOT use this UPS store. They have neither integrity nor courtesy. Your packages are NOT safe here. read more
