Scheduled a second appointment for Nov. 5, 2025. Went in and was told I did not have an appointment that day. I was holding the paper appointment card with that date on it. After leaving they called 20 minutes later to say the appointment was scheduled for Nov. 5, 2024. (I do not have a time machine that can send me back in time to an appointment that is before I stepped foot in their office) Also prepare for long hold times and an inability to contact the correct office every time you correspond with them. I went to her clinic in Dover, NH not expecting to see her but was booked to see one of her practitioners. I am not new to simple age management and had no intention of doing anything more than what I had booked in for that day. However, the stars aligned that day and Audrey was at the clinic and offered to do my evaluation (I was told this was highly unusual - and she doesn't normally take new clients at this time, so I am feeling extremely grateful to Audrey) that said I was only there for the one simple procedure. But after I explained all my concerns and additionally told her that I had seen another cosmetic surgeon a couple of months back who had recommended a mini facelift (projected cost of $27K from his evaluation) to achieve what I was after.... Upon her evaluation she recommended some remarkably simple procedures to address the concerns that I having and all non-invasive! Trusting her expertise and the fact that she was available to do the procedures that day I went with all her recommendations, she corrected all my issues at a fraction of the cost in about 1.5 hrs. She did not nor could be bothered.although that was my appointment time, She should have called. We could've discussrd all issues as results were VOID!??. The CO2 laser was applied after waiting 40 mimutes in office for lidocaine to kick in. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... I thought that was great considering I live in Kennebunk. Today was my appointment at 10AM. I did a driveway earlier this week. I arrived today to find the door locked. I called the Portsmouth office and voiced my displeasure with not being told the office was closed. She said they left me a voicemail in December (I never received it). She said the woman I had my appointment with was no longer there. I said I wasn't happy about driving there for 1/2 hr. and since I was close to Portsmouth, did they have anything available in Portsmouth for today. She said yes, at 10:40. I said that would be great. She said I'm gonna put you on hold so I can set it up with scheduling. I sat in my car hoping to get a response. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back thinking I was in the black hole. So I called back. She had an attitude and said there was nothing available today but she could get me in next week. I told her I was not interested and honestly I did use a naughty word. If there's one thing I cannot tolerate is people wasting my time. They could have sent me an email or try contacting me again. So I wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. Never again!
