After asking for fried shrimp and fries, the guy walked him to the jumbo boiled shrimp to have fried and overcharged him by charging by the pound. Not only does my son tell me what happened but the manager tries to deny a refund and defend his position by showing me the video which is how I found out about the boiled shrimp being fried. So not only does he confirm what my son said but you show me the video of the added infractions. The manager initially refused to give me a refund and after going back and forth for 15 minutes, did so begrudgingly after another customer overheard and told him he was wrong. He also refused to call the owner and said he was "in his country" (Korea) because he would say the same thing and it was like 2AM. I don't believe that for a second.
