Oh Caffe Paradiso, I will miss you. I'm so sad that I'm visiting New York and only had time to stop by here ONCE. I expected a long line out the door but to my surprise, I waited less than 5 minutes. Since I knew what I wanted, I got to "skip" the line since everyone else was reviewing the menu. They have a tap outside for people that only ordered the salted brown butter and oat latte! Drink: Salted Brown Butter & Oat Latte (9/10): This was honestly one of the best lattes I've had in a while. It was perfectly sweet with a hit of nuttiness and saltiness to each sip. This was SUPER creamy too! This is definitely on the pricier side given the small cup but was so worth.

Definitely the best latte I have had in NYC. I will forever be dreaming of the brown sugar oat milk latte. So rich and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness.
Got the viral salted brown butter and oat latte on tap. Added panna on top. Drink was delicious and creamy. I loved it! Workers were very friendly but they seemed a bit unorganized. Thought they would have better streamlined their process by now.
I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but the Salted Brown Butter Oat Latte is 100% worth the wait! My friend and I stopped by at around 11am on a Sunday and there was around a 20 minute wait. The line moves really fast and is only for the brown butter drink. The coffee was so incredibly creamy and had the perfect balance between sweet and salty. Highly recommend!
Good escape from the rain. Drinks 4/5 Happy with the sugar level in our drinks. We don't like them too sweet with a little of that bitterness still in there. Service 5/5 I liked that our waitress got the hint that we only wanted coffee and didn't press us to order anything else or rush us out. Ambiance 5/5 Had a lovely seat at the window with Julliard as our view and our backs to the dining area. Felt nice and private.

There was a line for the caffe, however, this was well organized and moved quickly. I really enjoyed watching the barista make my salted brown butter and oat latte on tap. Overall, a great experience and the latte was delicious!
Best coffee I've ever had -- it is absolutely worth the hype! It took about 10 minutes to get our coffee, but every second of the wait was worth it. The texture was incredibly smooth and silky, not heavy at all, yet rich and satisfying at the same time. I'm honestly not a coffee expert, so I can't explain exactly what made it so special, but it felt like heaven in a cup. One sip and I understood why people wait in line for it. If you're in New York, please, please get it. Highly recommend!

I was in New York last week and made a stop here since I'd been seeing it a lot on social media. I got their signature salted brown butter and oat on tap and added the cold foam. It was good but not amazing. I think I'd go for a latte instead of the tap next time. My son ordered their strawberry matcha and wasn't too happy with their milk to matcha ratio so all in all not the best first experience however the line wasn't that bad and we got our drinks quickly!
Yes it is that good. Yes it is worth the wait in line (get there early, the line moves quickly), yes it's coffee on tap but it's really good, yes it's a social media worthy experience that's living up to the popularity!! If you are on the socials, then no doubt you've seen this viral NYC coffee on tap spot. I love trying coffee spots so I knew I had to visit. I hopped on the train and got there around an hour after they opened and the line was only about 15 people long. They take your order while you are waiting in line (it's a to go spot so no seating), and things move quickly. I got the salted caramel with a croissant and it was smooth creamy but not heavy and not too sweet perfection...the chocolate almond croissant was great but quite small. On my second visit I decided on the bergamot honey latte--again it see very good...the bergamot is there but not over powering. This time I got the banana bread and it was superb! Take your coffee and treats to the park across the street with benches. You can people watch and enjoy your morning coffee!!
This place was very busy and tight inside! I'm glad we were able to in and out with our drinks quickly despite the line. I tried their matcha and a latte. I enjoyed the latte but suprisingly enough the matcha was better! Both weren't overly sweetened despite looking really sweet on social media. I recommend getting both drinks.
Yeah, I was one of the victims that came across social media videos (on IG, not Tiktok) about their popular Salted Brown Butter and Oat Latte on tap. I was prepared for the long line but coming on a Wednesday afternoon helps as there were only about 4-5 people ahead of us. Like most places in NY, there's not many seating here. I think I saw less than five high top seats by the barista island tabletop and they were all occupied. So I ordered the latte on tap while my friend ordered an iced Bergamot Honey Latte. Although the iced Salted Brown Butter and Oat Latte was good, it was personally not for me due to how sweet it is. While my friend preferred my drink, I liked hers better due to it simply being less sweet. Not faulting the drink itself, just not my personal liking.
This was my first sip when I touched down in New York, and it was truly perfect. The line outside moves incredibly fast, and the service is excellent as your order is taken outside. The salted brown butter oat milk latte on tap means you are not waiting too long for your drink. The creaminess of the oat with the strong flavor of the coffee was balanced well with the nuttiness from the brown butter and the sweet and salty notes. Overall, just a well rounded drink, and the best coffee I had on my trip I an one to take my time with my drinks, but this was finished in 10 minutes with how delicious it was.

I came solely for the SALTED BROWN BUTTER OAT LATTE. At first glance, the line seems long & there is still always a line here. However, it does move at a fairly decent pace. Once you get closer to the front, they ask if you are here exclusively for the brown butter oat latte to-go. You paid prior to getting it & they prep it for you on the spot. The process was super easy. For the drink itself, it's phenomenal. It's truly a shame that it's one size cause I def would have wanted the bigger size if they offered. It taste great on the first sip & it's really worth the hype. It's well sweetened. You can definitely taste the buttery-ness of the latte. It sounds weird but somehow it works. Overall, I would come back & would recommend it for coffee lovers. read more

There was probably 20 people ahead of me at 2:45pm on a Sunday, and within literally 12 minutes, I was leaving with my order. Kudos to them! I fear the Salted Brown Butter & Oat Latte "On Tap" is delicious. It's the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and honestly for that price, my only complaint is that I wish it came with their panna. I also tried the Mint Matcha; their matcha is surprisingly decent too. Not the same quality as other matcha spots in the area but still solid and the fresh mint panna was refreshing, creamy, and would be great in an espresso-based drink too. I really liked it the first time I had it! But I did wait in a 45 minute line in the heat for this drink so I was hesitant to say it was worth it. I came again a few days later on a weekday and didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes! But that day, it was a bit too salty (I was getting really big salt chunks in every sip). Definitely worth trying but see if you can avoid the long line! If you do decide to wait it out, it does move pretty quick. Also I didn't love their other cafe drinks so stick to the salted brown butter oat latte! read more

I was so ready to hate on caffe paradiso - complain about the long lines and talk about how it is overhyped. But it isn't. And I'm already planning my next visit. The line was around the block at 10 am on a Saturday morning. But moved very quickly. We were at the counter in less than 20 mins. We got (obviously!) the trending salted brown butter latte and a seasonal hot beverage. Both were excellent! The best part is the small park right across the street where we carried our coffee and croissants to and enjoyed a little picnic in the sun! I'll be back! read more
Actually worth the hype despite the trendiness of it all. The line looks intimidatingly long but it actually end moves fast because someone brings a menu to you while you wait in line and another comes to take your order. If you get the salted brown sugar oat latte on tap, they give you a little card with the drink name. You give it to the person manning the tap and get your drink! They have two straws lengths, choose what you prefer. Really delicious sweet treat of a coffee. read more

I went here for the salted brown butter and oat latte and let me tell you it did not disappoint! We waited about 20 minutes, but the line moves fast. This latte is on draft and although it is a popular place online I actually enjoyed the drink. If you go into it with the expectation of waiting in a line, it's worth the hype! Worth the hype and fully warranted to be going viral now. The Salted Butter Oatmilk Latte is the best latte I have ever had. I inhaled it. In fact, we went back in line just to get another cup. The line moves fast and I like the idea of a paper card to show you paid once it is your turn to grab your drink. The inside is stunning, love the black and white picture on the wall of a girl being pursued by three men. Their milk options are pistachio milk, oat and panna...I mean say less. What an experience. Highly recommend. It reminded me of La Colombe's draft latte, except this is so much better. read more

Ninety percent of the people who come here just get the latte. I came on a very slow Thursday morning and was able to try this without standing in line for an hour. Honestly, I thought their Salted Brown Butter and Oat Latte was going to be overrated but it was definitely worth it. The line wasn't that long when I had passed it so decided to give it a try. The coffee was perfectly sweet and smooth. The salted brown butter paired so well with the coffee (I usually enjoy oat milk so this was perfect). I decided I wanted to try their Strawberry Matcha too (which was a mistake). For the price point, this strawberry matcha was not worth it. It was watered down and the strawberry flavor did not shine through as well as most Strawberry Matchas. Overall, recommend the Latte (maybe not matchas here)! read more

I am literally not a coffee person, but Caffe Paradiso changed that for me. This was easily the most delicious coffee I've ever had - I've been dreaming about it daily since I left. Since it's viral on TikTok, the line was very long, but it moved decently fast. I waited about 20 minutes total. Because they're so popular right now, the process is very "go, go, go." You prepay for your coffee, grab it, and head out. They definitely rush you through a bit, so I didn't get to really sit and enjoy the interior, but from what I saw, the place is really pretty. Seeing the coffee on tap was a cool touch, too. The workers were surprisingly nice considering the insane amount of people they have to deal with all day. I'm definitely coming back, hopefully at a time when it's a little less hectic so I can actually scope out the vibe more. ** if anyone knows a drink like this in orange county please lmk ** read more

Came all the way here after seeing the hype online, only to discover the line was longer than my patience and they had exactly one drink available. ONE. At that point, it felt less like a menu and more like a surprise challenge. To be fair, the drink was actually good, and the café is undeniably cute. The aesthetic is working overtime. But standing in line forever just to be told most of the menu is unavailable? That's a bold business strategy. Would I come back? Maybe... after checking if they have more than one option and bringing a camping chair for the line. read more

This has been all over my social media suggested in forever and ofc, I had to try it once I had a chance to go to NYC. It's true the lines are long especially during the weekend BUT it moves quickly especially when you're with your friends! Its pretty pricey for coffee. I think I paid around $8 for a cup. There's minimal seating available if I remember correctly but there is a small park in front if you would like to sit down. The coffee was delicious, the coffee on tap idea is genius. I was in the mood for something hot, and the staff recommended their Autumn Spiced Latte as the warm version of the viral salted caramel drink. It definitely hit the spot... cozy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. It's definitely a grab and go spot versus a sit down coffee shop. They only had two seats which were taken when we went, but we wouldn't have sat in there anyway, because it was crowded. I was happy with my drink - delicious balance between the Americano and cream top. One of the staff recommended my friend add a cream top to his brown butter oat latte which turned out to be overly sweet. No issues with service. It's a tight space inside. i never write reviews on yelp, but i feel i am obligated to speak on how utterly disgusting and terrible this tastes. i cannot let anyone else become a victim of this scam. to preface, i had really high expectations as i love a good creamy latte, but this tasted like they poured motor oil and 50grams of sugar into a cup and called it a day. 0 brown sugar taste, 0 coffee. everyone who markets this as one of the best coffees in nyc should go to prison. i still cannot fathom how anyone can willingly consume this, as i was forcing it down so I wouldn't waste my $8. save yourself and skip. read more
