I'm about to turn 49 and have been experiencing changes in my skin the last few years and finally decided to seek help from an esthetician. I found Marissa and made an appt for a consultation with her and she was so sweet. She suggested we try 2 products (one she provided as a sample) for 5 days to see how my skin reacted. Next appt was a facial and it was so lovely I was afraid I was going to fall asleep and start snoring. She suggested we stay on the current regimen and next appt she would like to use a peel. 3weeks later I came in for the peel/facial. This time I think I did fall asleep a few times. Marissa always advises if what she applies may have tingle, then asks how you a feeling and always checks in with you to make sure you are always comfortable. Officially had my FIRST facial ever and it was nothing but perfect! Marissa first was sooooo welcoming I felt comfortable from the get go, then asked questions to get to know my skin type and the products I've use etc. which I very much appreciated. She was very educational about the products she was using on my face and not just trying to do my facial and get me out of there. She took her time was asking how the products felt on my skin. Nor did she pressure me to add on any unnecessary extras or pressure me into buying any products. As for the salon it was so cute ! And cozy and easy to find. She had me send all my products and current skincare routine. During our consultation we went over everything I sent her and my skincare goals.
