Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. They charged me for new molding and glued down the old ones. They left multiple air gaps in the windshield. They scratched up our cars paint. They broke all the cowl clips and then tried to "fix" it by gluing it down. Two times they replaced the windshield back to back because it re-cracked the NEXT DAY after replacement. Now they are saying they won't take responsibility for it, or give us a refund. We will be seeing an attorney over this. I've never sued anyone in my life but this is actually criminal. i have since hired a different company who did a phenomenal job and said that they have to "fix" Aztec's jobs, all the time!!!
