If you have a new car (say 4 or 5 yr old) and it has safety tech like lane departure/advanced braking etc. then you are better off with Safelite or the dealer. AGS changed the windshield on my car and gave back the keys saying they couldn't calibrate the camera. I was given a vendor name (not affiliated to AGS) and was told that I am welcome to go and see if they can fix it. No word on refund or the possible risks like this before they proceeded with job. The trouble of driving the car on road with all warnings as the safety features are working is for the owner. I definitely wont recommend them for cars with advanced safety features. Had they informed me, my choice definitely would have been Safelite or the dealer. The money got wasted and AGS is not refunding anything. Such bad customer service wasn't expected after reading yelp reviews. read more

The September 24, 2023 hail storm broke windows on 3 of my vehicles. That night I went here to Yelp, found highly rated Auto Glass Solutions, and requested a quote. By the time I was awake the next morning, Mark had already messaged me that he had glass for all 3 vehicles in stock and could get an installer out that day. The installer, Chris arrived exactly when he said he would at 3:00 PM and was done with all 3 vehicles by 6:00 PM. I think he went above and beyond in that he spent time vacuuming not only behind the broken windows, but also made sure that he got all the little glass fragments that scattered throughout each vehicle. Lisa with auto glass solutions quoted me $230 when I asked her the total cost. She then charged me $248 and said she didn't include the cost of sales tax in her quoted "Total". I don't know about you but when you ask for the total price of an item it usually means the total including tax. The manager was unwilling to make me happy by removing the sales tax. For my recent windshield replacement, I called on a Saturday morning, expecting to schedule an appointment several days out, but they were able to get a new windshield and replace it same day! Easy scheduling process, was able to book a mobile appointment at my home for the following morning to fix a small crack/chip in my windshield. The tech (Chris) texted me when he was en route and provided an ETA. He was courteous and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and what I should expect from the repair both cosmetically and structurally (preventing any further spreading from the rock chip). He was finished with the job in about 30 minutes and it was completely cured and ready to go. While there wasn't much they could do to improve the look cosmetically (since it was such a small chip to begin with), I at least have the peace of mind knowing that my windshield is safer after being filled in properly and the crack won't spread in the future! The glass on my rear car window fell into the door yesterday. I called them this morning, set up an appointment in the afternoon, and was out of there in less than two hours. That's including the time the owner took to order the part. I also heard him shopping around for the piece my car needed, so I know he's looking out for his customer's interests. When my car was done, I noticed that for some reason I could not lock my car from the inside. I told him about this, and he was very patient with me, trying to explain to me that he didn't mess with the electrics of the car, even though it seemed like he did. When I got home I realized someone at the shop must have left one of the rear doors semi-ajar, and for some reason my sensor didn't pick it up, but the rest of the car did, which is why I wasn't able to lock the car from the inside. Anyway, I appreciated that he was patient and I hope this review makes up for my irritation for what seemed to be yet another car problem. read more

First, talked to Lisa and she got all info and gave me quote on replacement windshield that was much better than national chain I had talked to PLUS highest quality and warranty. She also worked with me to set up mobile replacement best in line with my schedule....love it! On day of install, Dimitris (their tech installer) gave me call 30 minutes before arriving....perfect. Cant say enough about Dimtris's knowledge, personality and focus on detail to the perfectionist degree. It took him about 2 hours and as I watched was amazed at his attention to every detail from removing to installing new windshield. This included a ton of little details that you would never expect....from vacuuming front floors, lubricating seals and cleaning new windshield to perfection. He also gave me all the key tips on handling new windshield over next 2-3 days.
