Sometimes life can just be kicking you down , and then great things happen to remind you to always keep your head up. I came here with my military Marine uniform , and not only was it done to standard it was done with great service. The kind gentleman who works here helped me get my new Sgt dress blues and Charlie's uniform ready to go in quick time! He was also very friendly and understanding with my concerns about it being done right. He called me , updated me it was ready to go, and when I arrived... my Apple Pay wasn't working and I didn't have my card. He kindly just did it free of charge. If you are Asian and petite like me, you probably have difficulty finding clothing in US sizes that fit you. And if you are Asian and frugal like me, you don't turn down free clothing that your kind coworkers give to you as a hand-me-down. Combine all of those and you get a beautiful BCBG lace dress that does not quite fit you. Fortunately, Heather knew exactly what to do and wasn't afraid of the challenge of working with lace fabric. For $45, she took in a little bit at the chest area and it fit like a glove. She did a good job -- you can't even tell it was worked on. For customer service, it was ok. I have a king size down comforter from Costco for which I paid $120.00. It needed cleaning. I called several local cleaners, and received a quote for $50.00 to $55.00. Betty Brite - a Long Beach staple for decades quoted $50.00. Seal Beach Cleaners quoted $55.00, but since we live in Naples and are in SB often, I thought I would give them the business. I should have gone to Betty Brite. When I picked up the comforter, the owner said "it is $72.00." I was shocked! I said, "but I was quoted $55.00!". the owner said "it's king size". I said, I know what size my comforter is and I was quoted $55.00!" The owner said "we thought you said "queen size". So there you go. I was forced to pay $72.00 or no comforter. I went here yesterday to have a leather motorcycle jacket cleaned. I is a 100 yr Harley Davidson anniversary i bought in 2003 . The women at the counter I think was the owner told me the jacket was made from very good leather and not to have it cleaned. I was shocked . She told me the leather feel would be affected if i had it cleaned and a few other things. I asked her about six other various things and she gave me all of the answers with a smile. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wish I could give zero stars. I got a formal dress hemmed here. I was greeted and helped by a woman who was in charge of alterations. She quickly and efficiently marked where she would hem the dress with pins. I left and picked the dress up within a week. Great turnaround time. But when I was about to try on the dress I noticed that she had taken it upon herself to cut and alter an overlaying piece of fabric that ran diagonally down the front of the dress. I had not agreed to this alteration and the thread was noticeably different and there was minor puckering of the fabric. I also noticed some thick white thread at the bottom and the altered hem at the bottom was coming undone. She had not altered the dress properly and she had left thread that is used to help with the "final press", according to her son. I needed the dress for an event the next day and when I returned to have the dress properly fixed, she was unavailable. Her son refused to offer a refund even though the work was not properly completed. He insinuated I did something wrong or snagged the dress for the hem to come undone. Horrible customer service! In desperation and extreme frustration, I began to cry because I needed the dress right away for an important event. He finally agreed to do a temporary fix, free of charge. Hours later, I picked the dress up. Looked fine. It was truly a temporary fix because the stitching came undone during the event and the dress was dragging 3 inches worth of extra fabric in the back. After several attempts to get any type of refund or credit or sincere apology, I have resorted to a bad yelp review. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any other customer. read more

We love our friendly they are, that they are a small-family, owned business and how our clothes have never come back in nothing but better condition than when we handed them over. However, the most important thing for us is that our clothes do not come back with a chemical smell. Super friendly and the place underwent a completely environmentally friendly revamp a year or two ago. She does safe cleaning, great alterations, and will work with you on price (for example, to save money she sewed the pocket of a jacket from the inside of the pocket, rather than cutting open the lining and doing it "properly" from inside the jacket.) read more
