They always used to apply our 30% discount each time we dropped off clothes since we had so much. Now they do everything possible to remove it after drop off and each time we need to remind them each time we pick up. This is very dishonest. 2. The new staff is miserable. They either hate us, hate their job, or both. They are rude and never smile. They also no longer offer to help us take clothes to the car when we have large pickups. 3. Quality has deteriorated. Shirts come home with slight wrinkles and sweaters are no longer folded over pant hangers. They are hung on wire hangers stretching out the neck. Sad to see this happen to a once reliable neighborhood cleaner. We strongly recommend against using Paradise for cleaning.
