My Callaway golf pants were hem perfectly, and the price is very competitive $10. Other cleaners, small filthy tailor shops, in Westminster, charge the same or more without courtesy service at all. I contacted via yelp/text regarding having my daughters prom dress slightly altered. Having a hook and eye placed and a temporary hem. And a dress of my own to have a cinch tie placed. Regarding the prom dress , stating the ideal date of completion. Sent pictures and received a quote based on that. Knowing it may change in person. Came in same day to drop off and get measured. The owner/manager then charged me prior to altering (strange) and gave me a date to pick up 1 day prior to prom) I mentioned why charge me prior to service and only 1 day prior to prom is risky. I was concerned but moved forward as the reviews were great. Day came to pick up. No call and no answering the phone. So I drove to the location. They hadn't even touched them after having it for 10 days. She stated she would start it right away and drop it to my house at 5pm. But I was not able to meet as we had plans and what if the alternatives were not done well. How would you be able to fix them. So my daughter went on her own the next morning to pick it up. Lucky she did. The alterations were horrible and needed to be adjusted. On the day of prom! She waited for 2 hrs. Then they never contacted me after having my dress for 3 weeks. I finally drove in to retrieve it. They 1st Couldn't find it and then they finally came out with it and it had a horrible cheap tie placed. Fabric was not quality. I complained and asked for the owner /manager to call me. She ofcourse did not. I do NOT recommend this business. I felt over looked and pre charged for crappy quality and service. read more

I needed alterations on a formal dress to be completed within a short amount of time and Perfect fit studio was there to help! I found them through Yelp when sending out quote requests to tailors in the area. Roula was quick to respond when I had a few further questions as far as how quickly they could have the work done and estimate on cost. I brought my dress in on a Wednesday and they had it hemmed and ready for pickup by Sunday. The lady that helped me when I arrived was very warm and welcoming. She helped me with suggesting a bra that would work with the dress I was having altered, it was a lifesaver! In the end it cost $65 for them to hem my dress. Not bad in my opinion! There were other tailors trying to charge an upwards of $85 for the work. My dress came out perfect and was the right length. I highly recommend Perfect fit studio for all alteration needs! I dropped off my dress on May 13, explaining my requirements, and they agreed to have it ready by Friday, June 7, at 7 PM. My wedding was the following week, so they assured me that having it ready a week before would allow time for any necessary adjustments. Unlike other clients, I did not receive any confirmation or pick-up text messages. On June 7, my friend surprised me with a dinner celebration, preventing me from picking up my dress that evening. Assuming they were open on weekends, I went to their shop on Saturday, June 8, at 4:15 PM. Despite their posted hours stating they closed at 5 PM, the door was locked, and the lights were off. I called, but there was no answer, and there was no sign indicating an early closure. After a 30-minute drive, I was disappointed as I had many errands to run for my wedding week, on top of working full-time. The next morning, June 9, I called twice after their opening time at 9 AM with no answer. Worried, I sent a Yelp message to confirm their hours. Just as I was about to drive there, they responded, explaining an employee was sick and asked if I could pick up the dress the next day. This was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. They should have ensured someone else could fill in or made arrangements for customers to get their garments on time. Nevertheless, I had no choice but to wait until the next day. I had to ask my manager for the morning off, missing work hours to retrieve my dress. When I arrived, the front desk, who was from another location, was friendly but unaware of the situation. Upon trying on my dress, I noticed one side where the pockets were removed had seamless stitching while the other did not. Frustrated and short on time, I chose not to mention this defect as I couldn't afford further delays the week of my wedding. Although I had time before my occasion to pick up my dress, this experience was stressful, inconvenient, and expensive. I can't imagine how disruptive it would be for someone needing their garment urgently. I will not be returning to The Perfect Fit due to this incident. read more

I left 2pr jeans hems only. I pair hem uneven One dress to be altered. Altering was NOT done properly still have the gap at upper sides Young seamstress even pinned what needed to be done!! A Top cut & hemmed to short! It's not even wearable now!! I left these clothes off on a Wed with pick up no later than Mon. I explained all that I need to have done. If items could be ready sooner as I'm going on vacation. She said ok. Items were finished in a hurry this am. I'm extremely dissatisfied!! I have never had such poor alterations from this store. Beware!! I regret coming here so much...I'll post more photos but want to warn everyone as soon as possible. All my dry cleaning came back with fur and scuff marks, and even random sparkles! I've never had clothes come back *dirtier* than when I brought them in. The worst thing though is that they ruined my expensive jeans. For the hem on one, they used completely different colored yarn (see photo). For my other pants, they said they could fix a hole with a patch -- wish they would just be honest and say it's not something they can do, look at the photo to see their "fix".
