Found them on Yelp and they lived up to the hype! I brought in my 12 year old wedding tuxedo for alterations and dry cleaning on Wednesday for an event Saturday. She spent the time to pin and measure guaranteeing this would be done by Saturday. What puts them over the top is she calls me on Friday and says everything is done so please come by for a final fitting in case anything needed last minute changes! Then in the last year all my shirts started coming back with the collars bent flat at the shoulders and two of the shirts had busted buttons. Very pleased with the sewing service done by Esther. She's a really nice lady and I enjoyed having an insightful conversation with her while she completed the service. There was an accident too where the patch was sewn on upside down and she removed and resewn the patch back on free of charge. I brought in a one of a kind item that was very important, not "valuable" per se though. It always needs to be dry cleaned and sanitized after each use. I spoke to Esther and she was very responsive and willing to help clean the suit quickly and professionally. I brought it in on a Tuesday and let her know I needed it by Friday and that absolutely under no circumstances could this thing be lost. It's not valuable money-wise but representative it is valuable. Esther understood how important this item was and knew it had to be treated carefully and back on time.
