My first time trying Reformer Pilates. I snagged the amazing 5 class deal on Groupon and haven't looked back since. They also provide new clients with a bomb first month package. I've taken Gabi, Marika, and Brenda'a beginner classes. They were equally challenging and enjoyable. They are patient to explain what movement we are doing and easy to follow along. I always look forward to class and leave feeling accomplished

One of the best Pilates studios around Orange County. The studio have custom made and top of the line equipment, one of the cleanest and organized studios around town. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable , professional and experienced. The classes are fun and diverse with accessibility for all different levels of activity. You will not regret to try this studio. The classes are just the right size so you will get attention and corrections to help you improve. I highly recommend this place.

Our studio in action, come check us out. #sealbeachpilates

As I was gathering my things today after my class, Marika asked me if I am feeling better and I said that I was.

I did the $25 2 weeks unlimited offer they had and immediately fell in love with the studio itself & Pilates! I have taken a reformer foundation, reformer + and even a reform Sculpt. And all are absolutely great! They do offer mat Pilates only once a week though. Hina is definitely my favorite instructor here! She usually teaches Wednesday & Thursdays. I have taken her for reformer + & sculpt and I love her workouts! She is very nice, a GREAT instructor, and gets straight to the point. I am always swearing and feeling amazing after a class with Hina! It does suck that she's only there twice a week and I wanted to be consistent with Pilates. Sarah and Ashlee are also great instructors! SUPER helpful and really helps you understand the movements just like Hina. I wish all 3 were there more often so I can purchase a membership! Studio is clean & aesthetically pleasing. Check them out!

I'm a big fan of Club Studio and have been going for years now. Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I decided to join Club Studio for these following reasons: aesthetically pleasing to the eye,…read morebigger space, better equipment, and less wait time on equipment. (I would give them a 5 for this.) I also thought the cost would be a huge motivator to get my butt into the gym more often! The reason for a 2 score: I'm an experienced yogi, 10 plus years. My yoga practice was developed in small owned yoga studios where care for asanas were taken seriously and instructors adjusted your movement, hands on, to make sure you were doing everything safely and accurately. I can't seem to adapt to the dark dance club vibe of corporate yoga studios that are, unfortunately, popping up in every mini mall corner nowadays. Club Studio yoga classes are just that: lyrics so loud that you can't hear the instructor within a dark night club vibe. For the love of God, why would you blast a depressing song about heart break while you're trying to get your students to follow your instructions and focus on their mindful asanas? I can't hear the instructor clearly because it's literally like two people talking at once: the instructor and the singer belting out his/her song! Lol! There are hundreds of amazing, energizing tribal techno instrumental beats ( no lyrics) to choose from that would elevate the classes and enhance the yoga experience. I promise most people ( the younger generation) aren't complaining because they think loud, dark yoga is the norm. Also, the support blocks are soft like kitchen sponges, giving no secure stability. In addition, I'd rather not bring my own yoga mat, but I have to because the thin spongy yoga mats they offer are so oily and slippery. The reason I'm so upset is because I stopped putting money in yoga classes outside this gym so I could then focus on the yoga classes offered with my over $200.00 monthly membership. I'm really disappointed in what they offer in their yoga classes. Not the quality I would expect for this type of pricing. I am now going to spend additional money to go back to the yoga studios that don't use dance club lighting or blast loud lyrics that take over the instructor's guidance. I get it, some people thrive on this environment, but PLEASE offer more yoga classes with a variety of teachers and styles. I'm not asking for slower and easier ( I prefer advanced classes). I'm just asking for an options that don't have a night club feel.

You'll definitely work out muscles that you didn't even know you had and some of the classes are so brutal. But it's totally worth it. All the coaches so far have been wonderful. The class setting is smaller so it feels more intimate. Nobody makes you feel awkward too if you have no idea what you're doing. Sometimes it can go a bit fast but the coaches do demo the exercises. I was welcomed and given a walk thru of the machine and terms as the instructor knew it was my first time. He was so kind to do that! I'm familiar with reformer and mat Pilates, and currently work out 5 days a week, so was interested in trying this out. Humbled af. It is very intense and the megaformer takes a lot of care to not get hurt. Overall a great workout! The studio is pretty big and roomy. Loved the aesthetic and mirrors everywhere. Very clean. Parking was annoying because you are at LBX. I'd recommend arriving at least 15 mins early. Overall, a cool workout but not for me and would not recommend for beginners.

They take the time to correct form, explain movements, and tailor exercises so you feel challenged and supported. I also really appreciate that all of Kor's instructors are trained and certified through highly reputable, internationally recognized programs such as BASI and Balanced Body. Their training and professionalism truly show in the quality of instruction and the attention to proper alignment and injury prevention. The community here is just as special -- the owners, Rebecca and Paul, are welcoming and genuinely care about everyone who attends Kor, and the other attendees are kind, encouraging, and supportive. It never feels intimidating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. After consistently attending both small group classes and private sessions with Tania and Lara, I've noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility and core strength -- movements that used to feel impossible now feel natural. As a bonus, I've also experienced steady weight loss, better posture, and fewer everyday aches. I especially appreciate the late evening (7:30pm!) classes offered during the workweek, which make it possible to fit fitness into a busy schedule without stress from my long commute. The studio itself is clean, positive, and motivating, but what really sets it apart is the instructors' expertise and encouragement. They make every session productive and enjoyable, whether you're brand new to Pilates or experienced. Highly recommend to anyone looking to feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy working out!
