I am only writing this review to save others from contracting this company for cleaning service. The owner may be very competent but he does not check up on the work his workers complete until it's too late and he has to come and clean up the mess. There is honestly no issue with consistency of the worker showing up, he'd come every Wednesday with his net and broom and brush the dirt around the pool and then leave. 30 minutes tops each time. He also turned on the filter and let it run because he kept forgetting to put the timer back on, so the pool would run constantly! The pool turned green after about a month of service, and we had to call the company to come back out. The owner came out on his own and fixed the pool, but now it's turning bad again. We decided to part ways and when we tried to cancel our service, the lady yelled at us! She told us it wasn't right for us to go with another service without giving them a chance to fix the problem! Crazy, haha. Just wanted to post this to save people time and aggravation and just find a different pool cleaning service. read more

Terrible! Do not use their services. The last came on July 17th. I kept calling because the pool was turning green. Now a month later someone finally shows up, tells me I need to add more water in the pool before he could clean it, then when I called the next day. He told me he is not our pool guy and not responsible and to stop calling him. We called the front desk and the owner/lady that answered the phone told us that the guy who came said it was too much work and they would have to charge us extra to have it cleaned! my husband explained that this was their fault because it had been over a month since they serviced/cleaned the pool. She said we were liars and that someone has been coming, we told her we have RING cameras all over the house and it has been over a month. She hung up on us and now we're out of a pool service and have a gross green pool! read more

Avoid them at all costs. We have used them as a weekly pool cleaning service for over a year, and it has been consistent no-shows and half-assed cleaning jobs. The management have made zero attempts to improve their service. I've notified the owners of the disappointing service multiple times, and was credited for one month's service charge. But they have made no efforts to train their pool cleaners or hold them accountable to do their job correctly. Closed my account with them today, after ANOTHER incident of no-show. read more

I've had their weekly service since February 2022. One word: TERRIBLE SERVICE They over charge me, voice mailbox is always full, can never get a straight answer, less than a year into signing their contract they raised their prices in September 2022! I could go on and on abt these people. Don't know why I had put up for as long as I had. Maybe I was too patient with them hoping they will change! Finally left them in September 2023!!!! We pay $110/month plus chemical fees and there's no way they are coming every week. Also, I work for a living and by the time I get home they're already closed. My boyfriend and I went to this pool supply store simply to inquire about replacing the pool timer. Needless to say we got to talking to the owners and I sincerely do appreciate their honesty about not only the pool timers but also basic maintenance. It's a mom and pop shop so prices are a little more pricey than big box stores, again if it wasn't for not only they friendliness / one on one service and overall knowledge then I would have passed. If I could, I would give a 0 star!! Horrible company! So much story to this place. Steer away from this place, they don't install your salt system correctly. I chose them because at first I thought they are nice couples and willing to help out. BUT, I was wrong, they charged me so much money for a broken cell, but the cell was broken because the owner, John, installed the system wrong! And now they said someone else touched our system and someone else damaged our system. This is ridiculous. Now I have to contact Pentair myself, find their technician, pay another load of money, because Seal didn't install the whole Pentair Salt System correct! And all my parts for the pool break easily due to poor installation. read more

I needed a pool light bulb replacement (the one I had ordered online was dead on arrival). I called multiple stores and none had it. Seal had the bulb and the lady at the counter took it out of its box and plugged it in to ensure it worked. They also recommended I change the gasket at the same time (I already had found the gasket somewhere else). It seemed to me they really cared that I do a successful repair job. If there was a negative star mark they would be at a nrgative 10, My Mom is 88 years old her pool pump went out so I ordered her a pump from these guys got the pump in in two days, my Moms pool man said the motor was to small my Mom tried to take the pump back but they refused, the lady behind the counter started screaming at my Mom then she called her husband out, My Mom thought maybe it would get better but then the husband started screaming at her too, my Mom felt like she was going to have a heart attack, my Mom wanted to call the police but was scarred that they would retaliate, my Mom ended up getting some of her money back like $120 out of $250.00 believe me I had to restain from going and saying hello to such wonderful people loosers.... Great little local pool supply place! I usually order everything online, but they were out, Leslies didn't have it, so I tried here. I've driven by so many times and handn't noticed (Corner where Papa Johns, liquor store and laundromat are located.) Unice was very helpful, knew what I meant more than I did on what I was looking for, helped me find everything I needed and educated me on a couple things I was unaware of. I have lived in my house in San Marino for over 26 years. Over these years, my outdoor Jacucci has the leaking problem. I have tried to fix three times and none the repair seems working. Until John came along and fix not only that but all the other problems. Quality job and good price. John is highly technical and extremely knowledgeable. The only negative about this guy is that he is so busy, often it can take weeks before he shows up unless it is an urgent situation. read more

The lady at the counter was COMPLETELY un-helpful. I asked her if she carried a certain part for my pool and she ignored me, not looking up from her Chinese newspaper and mumbled something. When I asked again, she looked at me, looked back at the paper and didn't answer. I asked her if it was a bad time to speak with her and she didn't even respond. Awful!! You think they seem like a nice mom and pop place at first. I bought $100 worth of stuff from them and one $10 item did not fit my pool. I brought it back unopened still in the box 30 MINUTES after puchase with receipt in hand and they refused to return it!! That was the first and last time I went there. Too bad because I live 5 minutes away and would have been shopping there for the last 5 years if they had just been ok with this simple return. Now I just go to Lesli's or buy from Amazon. read more
