I was "transferred" to voice mail and simply hung up on. The refuse to document or explain why they didn't refund my full escrow and mortgage payment for the month of July. I've gotten 4 different stories and refund amounts. They lie or they're ignorant of procedures and law. I didn't choose them, Wells Fargo sold them my loan, and I've regretted it since day 1.
