I met with Isaac Lopez and we discussed at length what I wanted done. I have a 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and really particular about who works on it. I got my estimates for PPF applied to the Front Grill, Full Hood, Fenders, mirrors and A pillars. PPF for the front windshield. 70% Ceramic tinting for all windows and sunroof. And lastly a ceramic coating for exterior painted and glass surfaces. The estimate was very reasonable so I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The PPF film application turned out really clean. The PPF film along with the front windshield placements were nearly undetectable. I choose a 70% ceramic tint for all the interior glass and its so perfect and blended in well. The most important thing is the shop left my car super clean inside and out. I would highly recommend the "Wet Paint Detailing" shop for all your Paint protection and Paint correction needs. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date daily on the progress.

I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. If you are looking for an excellent PPF installer that provides great customer service, look no further.

Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! I'm ready for the summer, but also noticed that tinting the windshield really helps with the led light glare at night, and super helps when you have some big dumb truck led lights blinding you in the back. I'm even thinking of tinting my side mirrors. While it's not the cheapest option out there, it's something I'd highly recommend. Buy once cry once is my mantra.
