I approached one of the guys and just asked him to look at where the debris landed on my property. It was PILES of old pines covering everything. It was a big mess. They both agreed that this was a mess and that it was their job to correct it. They APOLOGIZED!These two young men were so polite and accommodating, I was disarmed. They assured me that they would clean the whole thing up. And you know what? THEY DID! Happily! They jumped right in and grabbed all the debris and bagged it and it weighed a ton! They were proud of the work they did. What impressed me most is that I truly felt that it was as important to THEM as it was to ME that the job was done right. They checked with me several times to see that it was ok and DID I SEE ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO ? He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!
