Early check-in online was quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, the Girls at the Front Desk were professional and friendly. Dr. Nora Vera is a Double Board Certified Dermatologist and is both caring and compassionate. She is dedicated to fulfilling the specific dermatological needs of each patient. The standard of care here is total body skin exams, which, is what I needed. She did two biopsies...which, I've never had done before...and she made it painless and comfortable for me. Check-out was seamless too...nice & simple. Thank you, Dr. Vera. Healthy skin, happy life.

Ripped me off by selling a skin cream at check out to treat a skin condition. It was $82 for this…read moretiny tube. When I got home I looked at Good Rx and it was $32. That's a $50 difference! I called the office and was asked if I saved the receipt and to just come in with it for a refund. Went back the following day and was immediately told no refunds. I insisted on talking to the office manager. Told No Refunds. The box was never even opened and I was told I could bring it back. Shame on them for charging a senior citizen such an exorbitant price. Dr. Williams did mention Good Rx. When it was offered to me at the front desk I had sticker shock buy didn't realize there would be such a substantial price difference. A few dollars more would not have made a difference. But $50!!! My first time at this office. Won't be going back once this problem is treated.

In the four visits I've had, I have never actually met Dr. Gurgen. I have only seen practitioners…read more Yet I'm billed as if he was the specialist performing the service. 1st visit, they saw a mole and asked if they could take a shave of it and test it. Naturally, I agreed. What they didn't say is that this little shave qualified as "surgery" and I was going to owe them a lot more money. 2nd visit, they found another spot, shaved some off and sent it for a biopsy. Again, I was billed for a "surgery". I was then told I had to have the spot removed. Now I have a two-inch-long scar across my back, racked up charges for three surgeries, yet the biopsies came back benign. When bills started arriving indicating that I owed them hundreds upon hundreds more than the co-pays I had already given them, my insurance company said it was because I've had three surgeries when I was told two of them were just office visits. In my opinion, Dr. Gurgen is a specialist at bilking people out of their money!
