At the beginning she showed a quick and timely response to all my messages and told she had one Studio in the Bronx. About five days later I followed up with her regarding a Studio unit she claimed to have available, she proceeded to ask me about my employment status (as a HASA client she should know how it work). As soon as that conversation via text ended, Eve completely went silent, no follow up, no messages with updates ,etc. It took me to 24 hours to notice the change in her communication patterns and "ghosting" me. I messaged her to confirm a Sunday Studio visit she had so much wanted me to see. Eve responded " the homeowner has another application..." Ok, that's fair but why did it take me to reach out to her first regarding the status, in order for Eve to tell me of the change in homeowners mind. Twenty-four hours later no messages, no correspondence, no updates!! Extremely unprofessional, poor communication skills particularly when you didn't hear what you liked to hear from a HASA client?? I had a strange feeling about her and she confirmed that she was unprofessional, lack of maturity as a realtor and just simply not the Realtor or Realty I would recommend to anyone specially clients of HASA. I will be sharing my experience with the Executive Director of HASA so they don't send clients to this realty going forward.
