They failed to use $2,000 of seller paid closing costs towards allowable fees so the seller got an extra $2,000 in their pocket and I ended up with $2,000 added to my loan. Nobody from Mission Hills came to the closing with us so this was overlooked until later and at that point it was too late. I wrote a letter of complaint to owner/supervisor and NEVER heard back from them. My real estate broker even said they did it all wrong and won't reccomend them to any clients. Do not reccomend at all!!

I couldn't have made a worse decision. My realtor behaved like we were close friends, offered to bring me specialty coffee, etc. Then she sold my house, gave me a move-out date, but changed it to almost a week SOONER and I wasn't packed yet! She claimed the movers would pack EVERYTHING I couldn't get to. But they didn't! They missed ALL of my floral supplies and a huge cupboard in the kitchen with all my treasured recipes. There's no recourse, all of my livelihood, by doing weddings out of my home, is GONE! ReMax doesn't return calls, has no excuse and offers no compensation for my horrible loss! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
