Can NEVER get a hold of Anyone, Doesnt RETURN Any Voice Messages calls, did Blood work & he NEVER called us to dicuss Results, We had to Drive to his office to ask receptionist to have him call us for Results... ALWAYS have to Drive to the office more than once if we want to get a hold of doctor then we see him just walking around, his staff in the office is Not very helpful, when we do get thru we never get to anyone IN the OFFICE always an answering service person who work from home & NO Appointmenst until a Week even Months later which does not cut it, Need to see the Dr Now not in a Month or so.. We will be looking for another Dr cuz this Dr has NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dr Parsa works out of 2 offices, 200 Jose Figueres Ave Ste 485 & 2242 Camden Ave Ste 203 so I guess this is the reason for his LACK of his Dedication to his patients at the 200 Jose Figueres office.. This office is a complete disaster, with extremely poor customer service and a lack of dedication to its patients. I am typically kept on hold for an hour only to be told they would call back, but that call has never happened . Even simple requests like medication or forms are met with radio silence, requiring repeated follow-ups just to get a response. The level of unresponsiveness is appalling, demonstrating a clear disregard for patient needs. If you value your time and well-being, stay far away from this office and look elsewhere for medical care. I would give this office negative star if its possible. read more

Dr. Parsa is a knowledgeable physician and has a very strong background in medical science. He's been my primary care provider for almost three years. However, I'd like to mention that I haven't had a good experience with his front desk staff. My appointment had been scheduled for the first week after New Year's break, January 8th, 2025. His office called me to let me know that the appointment would be cancelled and booked another one in February, and it was getting postponed again and again until I called the office again to schedule another appointment for May 5th. regarding my pre operative appointment when I discovered Dr. Parsa wouldn't be in the office no longer. Although I asked for a new address or phone number to contact his new office, no one was responsible to give me any info about his new address or phone office. In fact, neither Dr. Parsa's previous office nor himself cared about the patient, which made me get disappointed. read more

I first came to Dr Parsa in February after a mental health crisis as he was the only doctor in the San Jose Area who had availability to see me the next day. I was suffering from SEVERE clinical depression and having suicidal ideation all day, everyday. I was already in Therapy, but felt I also needed the help of medication to get me to a place where I could be more productive in actually healing my trauma vs constantly being in survival mode. I went to him as a last resort because I decided that I wanted to live and was willing to do whatever it took to get better. I had very little hope that anything would actually help me after an entire adulthood of trying almost every supplement and natural healing method under the sun to treat my depression and having only temporary, mild results. I was in tears my entire first appointment with Dr Parsa, his associate and a nurse. I was ashamed, hopeless and felt pathetic. I was in one of the lowest points of my life. Dr Parsa and his team were all very friendly and empathic and spent much longer than a typical appointment time with me to make sure I was ok and that I was given the proper attention. I felt the most cared for out of any doctor's office I've ever been to in my entire life. Dr Parsa came up with a plan and closely monitored me to make sure I was benefiting from the prescription and to adjust my dosage. While the first depression meds weren't the right fit (as is generally common), the second meds have helped me tremendously and Dr Parsa has been by my side the entire time, continuing to help me to find the best solutions for my health. I am somewhat nomadic at this point in my life, do not have health insurance or a fixed address and was concerned about how I would be able to see Dr Parsa and be able to receive my medication. He and his staff have been flexible with telehealth appointments and have recommended me to excellent pharmacies with the best prices. Thanks to Dr Parsa and his team, this incredibly difficult time of my life has been made easier and I've felt supported every step of the way. He and his team go out of their way to make sure their patients are well taken care of and I am grateful that a random google search sent me their way. I will continue to have Dr Parsa as my primary care physician for as long as I possibly can as he genuinely cares about his patients (even called me after typical office hours to make sure I was ok), suggests supplements, diets and alternative therapies to be used in conjunction with western medicine and I have NEVER felt like just a number, even though this is typical with other Doctors. During my first visit, I got a bit carried away with this doctor bragging about how good he is. But anyway, I thought I was in good hand for primary care. However, after that initial visit, my experience dealing with this doctor and his staff was utterly frustrating. Never in my adult life, had this type of experience, at least not from the doctor. I don't want to be specific about medical practices as I didn't have enough visits, but I would say if you needed attention from this doctor, good luck with it. I would not recommend him anyone who needs a regular doctor visit. The only reason I went to see this doctor driving 30+ miles, was because someone I am closed to recommended me, when my Primary care physician (who was fantastic) from Standford took a retirement. Anyway, on my second visit, I went to Dr. Parsa clinic at Jackson Avenue, San Jose. I was one time. I stood Infront of the window, and there were bunch of ladies inside who chose to completely ignore me. But they knew I was in the lobby. After few mins standing close to the window, someone from inside asked to take a sit in lobby. I took a seat, waited for a few minutes, then 10, 15, and finally 20 minutes later (and no other patients were there), the lady at the window decided to take a break from her computer bothered to speak to me. Without even bothering to look, she instructed me to pick up a form and a pen and fill it out. Seriously? It took her 20 minutes to provide such a simple instruction? Warn you, even worse are these office staff, intimidating, uninviting and horrible at service. Even for person like me, who is mostly easy going and accommodating, and they make me feel sick. I fill up the form, waited another 20 mins in the lobby, then came a health assistant, and walk me into the room. Took my vitals and without word walked out. Then guess what, I sat in doc office for an hour, nobody showed up. I could hear, those goons outside chatting, laughing etc. I decided to go outside, and asked how long I should be waiting. I asked nicely. They looked each other as if I am some kind of fool. Then one lady from the other side of the room said, "Dr. Parsa is not in yet. Should be on his way." and asked me to go inside and wait. I waited another 30 mins, went out to ask again, same reply. Thats when I lost my patience. I barged outside and waited in my car. Finally, Dr. showed up after 40 mins, i.e. I finally got to see him after 2.5 hours wait. Dr. came in, and he didn't even bother to apologize for wasting my time. Then, as he did in my first visit, while going through my test report, all he did was bragging, that only he could fix my health. That didn't bother me much. I was relieved simply because the wait was over. Then he ordered more tests, imaging, blood work and what not. Ask me to set an appointment for next month. I set an appointment, next month. But some for some reason I had to reschedule. I called and they said only one I can get is a month out. I said Ok. Then come next month, they called and said that they have reschedule my appointment for next month. I said fine. Then come next one, they called me a day before my appointment and said they have to move again. I told them it is important for me to have an appointment with doctor to go over my test results. I requested if they could sneak me in. But the answer to that was, Doctor was fully booked until next month. How in the world after getting pushed around for few months I am still not in their priority? After few back--and-forth with horrible lady on another side of phone she finally said she would call back on Monday. Not that I am surprised, but I never heard back. And don't be surprised if they hang up on you while on phone. It happens to me several times. They first put on hold make you wait for several minutes and cut you off. Sometimes they just simply hang up, and don't even bother to call back. My advice - if you are like me who needs a good touch with doctor and staff, stay away from this doctor and his clinic. Go with someone who is accountable for their patients. read more

Dr. Parsa is one of the best doctors I have ever come across. Not only is he perfectly kind and pleasant, but he is remarkably intuitive and knowledgeable on a range of issues, especially issues that plague women and have historically gone unnoticed by many doctors (such as PCOS and endometriosis). Even if you are plagued by a complex and difficult-to-solve issue, he makes it clear that he will go above and beyond to help you fix it, even while delicately informing you about the realities of your condition. What I enjoy about seeing him the most is that he strives to get as much done as possible in your appointments so that you don't have to spread multiple appointments out over a long period of time like you would with other doctors. He always takes his time to listen to your issues and concerns and offers thoughtful advice during these appointments. I have referred him to my friends and family and have helped them switch over so he could be their primary care doctor. All of them rave about their experiences with him. Back in 2019 I met Dr. Parsa for my medical concerns. I spoke to him about my fibromyalgia and wheat intolerance. Leaving the appointment he found another autoimmune that's causing pain. Dr. Parsa helped me through all my issues and I was slowly getting better. In the same year I had major surgery and took a year to recover. In 2021 I went back to Dr. Parsa and we continued with my care. Since I have been back, my pain is under control and he has helped me tremendously with my energy level, which I have suffered with since 2007 and no one could help me. I am giving a "good" review because I haven't really been seeing Dr. Parsa long enough to know if he is "great" or not. At this point though, I have found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnoses, and capable when it comes to addressing any medical issues I may have. I have never been fond of doctor visits because I don't have a lot of patience when it comes to running around to different labs, seeing specialists, dealing with pharmacies etc. etc. Dr. Parsa and I sometimes argue, but I am aware of the fact that I can be difficult when dealing with the whole procedure. He seems fairly patient and genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing. I trust his advice and will continue to do my best to follow his orders. On September 27 of 2021, I took my niece to see her primary doctor, someone called Dr. Parsa in San Jose. Her appointment was at 2:00pm, Dr. Parsa went to see her at 3:30pm. I complained to him about the waiting time and he said" there's a lot of primary care physicians out there". His response was not welcome and I mentioned " I got the message". After that I was looking to the entrance door, ignoring him completely and I never made eye contact with him again. Then he started talking and explaining that he spends a good amount of time with each patient and bla..bla..bla. He was trying to explain why he gets so late to see his patients trying to fix and find excuses to fix his stupid comment....it was too late. He was so unprofessional. Time spent with my niece....19 minutes. And he made comments that the doctors that saw my niece at ER diagnosed her wrongly. I saw the discharge papers and the doctors were right and prescribed the right medications. Again, he was unprofessional . I heard a lot of people were having the same problem, that the waiting time to see was long and he can be very rude. Unfortunately, he is not and never will be like Dr. Fishenfeld, an excellent doctor.I feel sorry for the Portuguese and Brazilian communities that used to see Dr. Fishenfeld and now is seeing Dr.Parsa. I'm glad that I found another doctor when Dr Fishenfeld told me he was going to retire. Dr Parsa is rude, unprofessional, and anyone that complains with him about anything is not treated with respect and dignity. I stayed with my niece because she was sick. If was not for my niece, I was going to ask him to stick his diploma in an obscure place. When I left the office the waiting area was packed with more people and became an unsafe place in these times where COVID is prominent. For some reason, after years working observing behaviors as part of my job, I could feel that there's something wrong about him. People have to be really careful with the people that they trust their health. I hope that people that sees him or decides to see him look for some red flags. I believe that he had another speciality before becoming a PCP. I'm a senior and in all my years dealing with health care providers, I never saw a doctor behaves like him. It's a shame that people does not step in to defend their rights. Dr Parsa depends on the consultation that our health insurances pay him. Patients contract his services and he is not a star. Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurances could do a better job requesting reviews from patients that left his practice and looked for another PCP for their health needs. Questions???
