I recently had to call on Andy multiple times to help me out with applying for a home loan, because I needed documentation of home insurance. While Andy also does home loans, he not once asked me or pressured me into seeing if I wanted to check out what he had to offer, instead he just immediately e-mailed me the paper work that I needed. On top of that, it took the loan so long to process that the original document that Andy sent me expired and when asked, Andy sent me another one in minutes. Another recent experience with Andy was when I received a weird letter from my home loan company. They said that the address that I had claimed and the address being claimed by my insurance agent were different, but when I read the two addresses on the letter, they were identical. Not only did Andy and I laugh together at the silliness, but he also offered to be conferenced in on the phone call to my loan company if needed to help figure things out.
