But Tyler, did such an incredible job that I couldn't stop fangirling and smiling everytime I looked at the finished product of my nails. He really made my day, because they turned out so BEAUTIFUL and he brought my vision to life :) He was patient and very helpful as it took me forever to pick out 2 nail colors (I ended up going with his color recommendations and I'm glad I did:) Also, he was like Speedy Gonzalez with my fill/design. I was in and out in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. They have excellent customer service, a beautiful classy aesthetic, and great nail techs. Thank you so much Tyler!! They were rushed, sloppy, badly shaped and as we stated unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager to have them corrected, and the manager then proceeded to yell across the salon that she's been doing nails for 30 years. That's irrelevant as the customers we where not satisfied. After being talked at for 15 minutes being told " that is what she asked for" we decided to remove them all together and to never visit the shop again. In 30 years the owner must have not learned effective communication or customer service. Zero Stars, would not recommend!
