This shit hole is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!! The service is slow, half ass and the owner tries to get over every single time! They try to over charge far basic sub par nails! I've gotten a long full set with diamonds and designs on each finger for $100 but here they charge that much for a basic short French tips! That 4 people in the shop didn't know how to do by the way!!! One lady gave me 2 choices for a pedicure which was $65 or $55 not including the polish..with polish it was $100! Why is the gel polish an extra $45??! then another customer called her out on it saying they had cheaper choices on their menu that she didn't let me see! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! only giving 3 stars because I came in for an acrylic removal for my nails and they basically popped them off with nails tips (something I could've did myself) instead of soaking them off. but got an AMAZING pedicure (no polish or gel) for $55 ! read more

When I arrived the salon was busy. Instead of asking me to wait or come back later they had me take a seat. They had me move to 3 different stations and 3 different techs worked on my nails. I asked for dips with tips. The last tech only needed to dip my nails and finish. She painted the dipping powder on like acrylic and my nails are full of bubbles. They look terrible after being in the salon for 2 hours and 10 minutes. I will not return to this salon. read more

Came in on a Sunday to get dip and pedi.. the young girl was very very rushed and tried to push me off a few time to other people. I should have known then to walk away from her. She scraped me a few times with her filer .. horrible horrible.. then I told her hey so you filed your close to the ends my nails will come out on sides she said no I do like this. Well on Monday my nails started appearing on the side my natural nails cause I use no tips ... the dip is peeling up from the top not back due to new growth nope from the top breaking the tips and causing my nails to get stuck On Everything. Tuesday I break more tips of nails .. so I came back here to show them.. I've been sitting waiting for over an hour now for them to fix their error... they are taking new clients and leaving me sitting here .. I have now soaked off but still being ignored. At this point all I want is my money back and I can go somewhere else. I don't have time during the week to sit here waiting .. that's why I come on weekends cause I have time to sit and take time. Finally after waiting an hour and a half they sat me down and re did my nails . I attached pictures of the final outcome. I can't believe they would let a customer out this way. The edges of my nails stress paint less and under my mail is so thick of dip I can feel it constantly.. not sure if the first messed up job was better than the second messed up job. read more

Ryan and Eva are amazing!! I've never had better service at any other nail shop. Ryan was really gentle and made sure I was comfortable when removing my previous set from another tech. Ryan did my nails and Eva gave me a wonderful pedicure. Everyone in the shop was really nice. Ryan is extremely talented and creative! These people are rude. Im not sure if they are cousins, siblings, or aunts and uncles and i truly don't care. But what i do know is that they are the same language. I am 13 years old and i had to use the restroom so i kindly asked. A woman worker in there responded with "who told you to come here" and then her friend which is a male worker added on by saying "you should've went somewhere else." Then a client of theirs told me where the restroom was. I said thank you and went to use it. As i was leaving the female worker said "you can't say thank you", and i replied with a smile because of the fact that i didn't understand her accent at first. And then she repeated it again, but yelled it the second time. And her other co workers laughed. I just walked out. read more

They don't know how to do nails here they can't even get a basic coffin shape right. Oh and don't get dip done here they don't know how to use it. I will never be back to this place! Went in for a pedicure and they were dead. The guy did my pedicure was rough and sloppy. I got the deluxe pedicure and was done before my friend who got a regular pedicure and started before me. It's less than 4 days later and I already need a new pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE! Overpriced and SLOPPY! My nails were rushed so she could "see her boyfriend". They tried to charge me $45 for a fill which was way too much and did a horrible job. I came in with a nude to baby pink ombre set and she filled it with glittery orange which was fine until she attempted to ombré my nails which she could not do. Then proceeds to buff and file my nails horribly. They look like a 5 year old did them. Refused to fix or take money off. no cuticle oil. If you're someone who knows what a good set looks like don't even waste your time. I got my nails done on 12/24/18 well 4hrs later my middle finger nail on my right hand broke smh then on 12/25/18 I was scratching my ear with my pointer finger and my nail broke off in my ear so I had to go to the ER to have it removed!!!!! Terrible!! Went here when salon was completely dead. No other customer in sight. Still I was rushed w my pedi. Very sloppy nail tech - who I believe is the owner. Super loud, kind of overbearing lady. They put a hard "up sale" on you every time as well. In addition to it being the WORST pedi I've ever had, then the b~~ch actually put an EXTRA TIP CHARGE on my credit card after I had tipped her in cash. !!!!! Guess she thought I'd never notice??? Happened to see extra charges on my card and called Bank of America immediately to report. Will file appropriately w the bank to have this removed and I'll take great pleasure in bad-mouthing this salon every chance I get. Stay away. They are dishonest af. read more

Don't go here. My manicurist (I hesitate using that word because my nails are awful) keep trying to push me into gel nails, I had to tell her multiple times what I wanted, and when she attempted to give me what I wanted, it still wasn't correct. I had to settle for using my sister's polish, which she then commented on how cute it was....and tried to keep it. Who does that? My eyebrows weren't done correctly either. Every single time I've gotten a wax, they apply the way the hair grows, not the opposite way. They aren't even arched correctly, I was scared she'd mess them up further. Hopefully they grow back. I normally just get my eyebrows waxed here but today I decided to get acrylic with the gel and omg never again. First of all she dropped hot wax right by the inner corner of eye! She got wax in my hair! Then she kept nipping my skin with the drill then she didn't even out the shape of the nails to match the other hand. Last but not least she didn't clean up under the nails afterward but instead left a bunch of glue and nail polish on the skin around my nails. I was in such a hurry I didn't notice till I was already long gone. read more
